Just bought the E680i last week. Really cool phone and the graphic is awesome. One setback, can only accept .3gp video file type which can only play as 1 channel mono as compared to .avi video file type, full stereo 2 channels. When I tried to load MPEG4 (as the phone says it can handle) video files, it cames up as "error, parameters exceed the allowed limit". Can someone please tell me what this error message is and how to fix it?? thanks in advance and would be much appreciated.

I just bought the phone last month, realy good semi pda phone i would say, the battery so far ok bcoz, i,m not heavy user it last at least 2 days. any one know why i cant view my powerpoint file. please any hint.

John, if you cannot make phonecalls there are 2 main tests u must do: your sim card in another phone, another sim in your phone. If you try several sim cards in your phone and you still can't call, check for call barrings in your phone menu! I don't know if this phone has this option in the menu.
If it's not this, you should pay a visit to a service to have your handset checked.

dont know how come it automatically cuts my phone off and battery runs out so quickly wont even last a day. if sum1 knows the reason please e-mail me there would be a reward of course thanx

ill tell u wat to do .... if ur side lights are on go to ur settings and then power management and click on the power save opiton .. there u go .. however i think this phone looks awesome with the blue lights on

I have tried to use a 4GB SanDisk, it worked and rebooted for a reason. I think a firmware fix will be able to patch this issue.

i can not make calls from my phone. about 2 days ago i couldnt make calls from where i live but i could make calls from work. now its the opposite. i know its not the service because when i put the sim in another phone it works fine. please help.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I bought the phone about 2 months ago and all of a sudden i can't call or receive calls from where i live and i have never had this problem before and if i drive down the road a little bit i can call. thanks
