It can only accommodate up to 512 micro SD memory cards, so 1 Gig is out of the question and despite it it still has difficulties in reading 512 memory cards so expect minor mishaps.. But in the long run, it's not that that bad, plus it looks good in white!(^_^)

this phone sucks because my GPRS dosen't worcks and I haved a lot of problems with it.

great phone nice speakers and all after giving it walkman monster pack but phone has problems reading 1 gig memory card from Kingston.does anyone have a correction seem or sumthing like an upgrade

To everyone having software issues with this device: go to a Motorola service and ask them to upgrade the phone's firmware.
The latest version solves most of the problems you people have. I know this, because I had them too, and now I don't have them anymore.
E770 is a bad phone with the old software, but a decent one using the newest firmware.

a good and easy to use and handy phone
but there shud be the option to choose the memory torage between phone or car memory for text messages.

Could anybody help me what to do for downloading skins from PC to Phone? I have many motoskins websites but I couldn't insert if my Motorola E770v. Also, there is problem in Call histroy....Sometimes I miss dialed call and received call histroy. Pl. help me

I love my phone but I dont have a cd rom to download the photos and videos out of it so tell please how do I do that I have the cord in the laptop now and it just says that the phone is Motorola e770v and cannot install please click on model and retry and I dont know how?I got some cool photos of my family and please help me ????

To Naseer , I also have a Telenor SIM card and my wap works.I contacted the Telenor user service to set-up my GPRS and WAP services and it worked.My GPRS and WAP works just fine.I hope I've helped you.

Its so good and easy to use but I have a little problem with it.
I have a telenor sim but my wap is not working. So please tell me its set configuration to run wap on this set.

HI!I have motorola e770v with a vibo software.The only problem I have is "picture capture failed" , but it is very rare for my edition.My friend also has it , but with a vodafone software , my software is better.The battery is very long 350h on standby.I gave it to my mum , i am looking forward to buying nokia n73. :)

Can someone tell me how to record a video call as a video clip during incoming or outgoing video call? I couldn't find any button which indicated on a user guide 7.6.2? Also, I would like to delete pictures and ring styles from internal phone memory which I don't like them. Thanks.

This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything but this phone is so bad I just had to. Some of it's flaws include - having to turn the phone off and then back on every time I want to use the camera as it always says "Picture Capture Failed", I use it as my alarm clock but on occasion I set the alarm and it doesn't go off which is very irritating and keeps me awake all night wondering if it will go off when I have important things to get up for like catching a plane, sometimes all of the sounds turn into the same sound - your ring tones, mp3's and alarms then all become the same sound, a couple of times I have noticed it making a very quiet buzzing sound. I also find the predictive text to be ridiculous because it can only remember about 10 words that you teach it so you find yourself spelling out the same words over and over again (might as well not use predictive), the calender is inferior compared to my old Nokia as it doesn't have a specific function for storing birthdays. My girlfriend has the same phone and she doesn't have all of the same problems but she does get the picture capture failed error a lot and her alarm has not worked on a couple of occasions as well, she also dislikes the predictive txt and it's small memory. I will never buy Motorolla again and will advise all of my friends to do the same. The only other brand I have tried is Nokia (had 3 of them) and even the simplest cheap one was better than this - I look forward to returning to using them as this phone was expensive and the worst piece of junk ever!
