hi, i got the same problem as Abi... i got a ringtone on there that i want to apply but the option doesnt show up even tho its on the phone memory and the specs say you CAN apply ot... :((

I've had my krzr since the beginning of July... and all I've had are problems. Software problems, reception problems, battery problems.. I'm on my second krzr and nothing's changed. I would definitely not recommend getting one.. Save yourself countless hours on the phone with customer service and at phone outlets, it's not worth it.

I bought K1 gold & its so nice! It looks elegant & you can use it as a mirror ;) I never encountered any problem with my phone. Everyting is ok - alarm clock, sounds, video etc. I don't know why you guys are having problems with your K1. Well, maybe some of you guys are not aware that some cellshops are selling phones w/c are not in good condition. Yeah its new, but when you check, its cheaper than other shops & the warranty is only for 6mos for service only, no warranty for parts. I suggest that you should buy mobile phones that has passed the process with NTC or whatever you call it with other countries. Much better when you buy it w/ a higher price, at least you're sure that they can replace the parts for free & fix it for free for 1yr! Unlike when you buy it in a cheaper price, you thought that you were able to save. But no! You have to spend a lot of money to have it fixed or just sell it to others & do some sales talk cuz you bought it in fake shop. Haha!

hi, actually I downloaded music from my PC to motokrzr k1 but I'm unable to apply it as ringtone because no option comes like that despite of saying in the properties that appy as: yes. Pls tell me the solution

K1 is one of the special phone in terms of the design and surface materials. Is a new revolution design that other manufacture never done before...i like it very much

i tried i know it sounds weird but i can get the photos off with photoshop but i cant see the videos. it says: files on memory card are not available now. when i first plug it in. then when i click on mobile phone tools it says: USB not recognized. idk what else to do.

doesn't matter its a photo or video or music!
it's a file!!!! if u can put it on Memory card of course you can transfer to your pc!!!

i have the cable man. i can get songs on my memory card i cand get photos off my phone but i cant get the videos off. so what else do i do?

try to upgrade the software on the internet, after that if the alarm still not good go back to where u purchesed and return or whateverr

Ive have this phone and it is soo bad.. my alarm clock does not work..well only when it wants to... the mp3 player disappears sometimes and i can find it or use it.. is anyones phone this bad?? cuz they said i can now choose other phone or the same

I have the Krzr k1 black. Ive wanted one from the time i saw it. The only problem i have is its drops time. That not good when i set my alram to get up for work. Does any onr know how to fix this problem?
