It's also free in the U.K. on all T-Mobile Flext contracts.
Flext 35 is spetacular value for money!
Richard: yes that's right. the nokia 8800 is quite expensive as well. im just glad i didn't buy that.
for people who are wondering if you can get this mobile phone for free in the UK....you can on pay monthly at O2 and vodafone. half price line rental for either six or nine months (O2) and full price on the remaining months. (that's as of last week)
i hope this helps
I'd be very surprised if you could buy a contract free Motorola KRZR K1 in the U.K. for much less than £250 let alone $250.
"duz it hav tuch screen fingz on th frunt 4 th musik controls plz ???"
no, that's for the CDMA models only.
if you want touch controls Vodafone will have an exclusive slim phone called V1100 that's like the KRZR with HSDPA. bumps down to a 1.3mp camera however.

I love this phone. Right now i am the only person in jamaica with it and i got it in the uk for only $250. Love it. Tell your friends to go get it
Not in the U.K.

the battery on my KRZR K1 also lasts quite a bit, z. just think if you had purchased the overpriced nokia 8800SE, it would've died over the weekend.
this is a go phone but i think it should havr more memory it too long
i just got mine a couple days ago and it's amazing. features are great. battery life is very good. the last time i charged it was friday, and its now monday and believe it or not the battery is still FULL. i've been sending text, making calls and navigating it and it's still full.
style is beautiful, as you can see in some pictures.
like most people say, it's a bit expensive. but i got mine on pay monthly so i got the phone for free... (well actually i paid £6)
camera is great as well. although i wont use it that much..i'll use a digital cam.
as for phone features, reliability and overall performance, this phone is absolutely amazing. it's even on yahoo's top 5 mobile phones. (#3)
i hope this helps
"i saw the screen display in motorola website is 65k?but why gsm shows 256k?"
that is the american CDMA model. because of CDMA's extreme power consumption, motorola cuts the resolution to compensate for battery life. the CDMA moto k1m gets almost 5 hours talk time because of this while other CDMA slim phones barely manage 2 hrs. americans don't care about screen quality.
doesn't work in korea though so the Korean K1m has a QVGA screen with a bigger battery.
i saw the screen display in motorola website is 65k?but why gsm shows 256k?
looks definitely hot!
but i'm quite dissapointed with the screen res.
(176x220) :(
I must have got a lemon because the bluetooth fails to power on and the sound quality out of the ear piece cuts in and out. All in all it's a great phone besides the defects that came with my K1. Also, don't plan to have this phone looking pretty forever. I take very good care of my things and I've already managed to put a small scratch the outside without a clue as to how I did it. Not only is it a finger print magnet, it's a scratch magnet as well. It the price you pay for a stunningly good looking phone.
shall i bye it
i bot a n80 yesterday
now should this be my fone for nnext week

okay big probelm...my krzr stores all my recent calls and my messages (sms) all in my phonebook?!?!?! how do i take it out!!! repeat!!! it stores my messages (sms) on the top of my phonebook!!! helpppp how do i take this out
380 US dollars are still quite expensive for some...lol
Lance,
I returned my Nokia 8800 Sirocco (sp?) Edition phone for the KRZR K1. Boy if you think the KRZR's overpriced, you should try the 8800! I paid over $1,000 for it on eBay.com.
I came to tell you though that you can find the KRZR for $380 depending on where you look. That's what I got it for. I don't think it's too expensive at all.
