im looking more for features normally. My dad had a Razr and i HATED it's keypad. its like the same feeling you get when someone is scratching a chalkboard with fingernails.

Hey Lambert, no bashing here! If you want other brands then go. Do not ever soil Moto's name just because one ore more of their phones have bad interfaces. We have Linux and Symbian phones too!!!! And as with your SMS thing, I don't believes you. I had my hands on a pre-production model and it has stored 100+ messages without a memory card!!!! You only say it but don't you know your SIM card is the one storing messages, not only the phone????

Chip is right, motorola has the WORST user interface. if you dont have a memory cary, ur motorola phone will hold up to 30 messages, which means u will have to delete ur text every 30 messages u recieve or get. if you do have a 1gb memory card, it will hold up to 100. My NOKIA holds way more than that. i wont recommend a motorola for anybody. Get a nokia or something else.

Hi. Ive had the phone for almost 4 months now and I'm just so in-love with it. I've had a V3xx and loved it but this phone is a heluva lot better. it does everything the bigger V3xx does but is much smaller and way more elegant. I confess I bought the phone solely for looks alone its classy sleek and not too techno-geeky. but its also very functional. I use it as a 2nd phone because I have an XDA that I use for business. this phone I use for personal calls and everytime I use it, it doesnt fail to catch glimpses.
If you want a phone that does it all, buy an XDA or Iphone. but if you want a very stylish and fairly functional personal phone, buy this one.

Yeah, Motorola phones are so "great" that every time you want to send an SMS you have to set delivery report option manually. And that's just a drop in the sea of negative sides of any Motorola's phone, dont get me started, i wouldnt buy one even if my life depended on it.

All brands use noise-cancellation in their software. It would be ridiculous not to have it. Crystaltalk is just a hyped up slogan for a piece of software inside some motorola phones. Other brands do it just as well or better, but don't need to go touting noise cancellation as a sales point because it should be a given. It's like making a slogan "with COLOUR screen!!#@%$"

The CrystalTalk technology is a Motorola-exclusive feature. Phones using this tech have two microphones embedded on the speakerphone: one for adjusting background noise and one for adjusting the user's volume to maximise clarity and voice projection. This one is patented for Motorola only and if Samsung ever did have the same kind of technology it would have sued Motorola months ago, right?
