i bought moto l2 last week , i've encounter my first problem this week with a stocked keypads, #4 and #7... it's very hard to push

I've had this phone for a year and a half. At first, it was a great phone, yet now i am completely dissatisfied from it. It tends to go to a black screen after each call i make, locking up the whole phone for an hour or so. The reception is terrible....
