Those who dont own this phone please stop commenting about heat issues. See game review on gadget portal(youtube) ull know what i am saying. There was a new update which fixed the overheating issue(well almost). I guess overheating issues are with non retail devices which some people showed in their reviews just after launch.

If you have lots of apps open in recent menu, it'll take time to swipe them off one by one. Clear all button is a great feature

Mediatek's lineup is basically filled with A53. None has severe heat issues like 615
AnonD-475631, 29 May 2016weak processor?
it's the first 64bit arm architecture
and performance and heating has no i... moreYes, it is. What's more important in a phone is single core performance. This area is where A53 provides poor performance. Also, tell me any app which requires all 8 Cores to run at the same time?
I'd choose a powerful dual core processor anyday over a weak octa core processor. Instead of cramming in many weak cores, manufacturers should look into making individual cores more powerful. And this is an area where Apple SoCs shine
You talk like you are some expert. If you are, you must surely be knowing the poor single core performance of Cortex A53?
AnonD-475631, 29 May 2016are you kidding me?
big.LITTLE was announced along with the
Cortex-A7 , which was designed ... moreMoto E score 60k in Antutu with custom kernel? Please, give me a break.
And about big.LITTLE, big.LITTLE was announced along with the Cortex-A7, which was designed to be architecturally compatible with the Cortex-A15. ARM announced the Cortex-A53 and Cortex-A57 (ARMv8-A) cores, which are also compatible with each other to allow their use in a big.LITTLE chip
But, how can big.LITTLE work between two clusters of Cortex A53 like in 617. The whole purpose of big.LITTLE was to pair a energy efficient low performance cores with another cluster of power draining high performance cores
As far as I know, only one cluster can be active at once. In the case of 617, all cores can be used at the same time.
And plus there is nothing big.LITTLE in 617, since one set is 1.5 GHz A53 and other is 1.2 GHz A53. A mere 200 mHz clock speed difference
I m very much confused about this phone..

Will go for this phone or not
No of sim?
i am confused about two phone moto g4 and moto x play. moto x play have good design and very handy to hold because of its body ratio. the battery is also large in moto x play . and the other hand moto g4 have fingerprint scanner, and a laser focus camera , but the build quality is not as good as moto x play. plz tell me which is the best phone.
