I came with video instructions. I changed the battery by myself. Now 2 years with replaced battery I am still using the phone.

Love this phone. volume adjustable, great photo's, fast internet response, great screen, easy to read, such a bargain. My last phone was an HTC, wouldn't swap back to that especially when considering cost. So user friendly. I am able to charge it on my existing micro-charger that I bought for my HTC.
