Try this solution. Go to settings/Wi-Fi/advanced/ Uncheck these; 1) Scanning always available 2) Avoid poor connections https://forums.motorola.com/posts/71ee0063ca?pag­e=5

As Iíve got to know that Moto G does not have external memory card slot. If this is a case how can I transfer all the contacts from the existing phone to Moto G? Also Iíve learnt that there is no USB port cable being provided in the box; apart ...
