From here on every time you need to choose an option you need to tap and double tap an icon co select, to scroll down you will now use 2 fingers. You can turn off the "blind assistance" (when it reads back what you are tapping) by going to settings, scroll down to accessibility then chose talk back, and this will turn it off. Remember to follow the instructions provided to navigate properly.
