Hey dude, Motorola has only 2% market in India because it quit the indian market in 2012. Now, it has reentered the market with the Moto G. Theres no chance they could lead the market. Please update you knowledge.
N, Nokia is a very good company but has gotten lost in the tides of android.

Any Motorola i had was a bad phone. Definitely style over substance
Google only bought it... moreYou should know that android is linux based operating system and if you are talking about linux, you can still got it, but they are known as jolla now.
And Moto X is really a good phone, you won't find anything wrong with it. Even though i own galaxy s4 but i really appreciate moto x, because i know that this device has everything a person needs.
t3h_dude, 04 Feb 2014This person clearly do not own a Moto X or Moto G and have no idea what he's talking about. Do... moreHave plenty of experience with android. Hard not to these days if you own a phone that is not an Iphone.
Motorola only sold the patents to apple because the company was going down the toilet.
Nokia will go on because of the huge amount of cheap hand sets they shift that work well. They had the top ten selling phones in the world last year, emerging markets like S.E asia and India like a nokia while motorola had a 2% share. Nokia needs to move to android to survive for the smart phone market and it will be around for a while yet. Motorola will be out of business within a few years.

I agree the N900 was one of the best phone I made, but looks like you no very little experience with Android and what the Moto X is about. It's one of the best phone I've ever owned.

Google only bought it because it owns alot of patents. Wouldn't have happened other wise. Nokia owns over 55% of all LTE patents and got done over by Apple. Iphone 1 was built on alot on Nokia components
Nokia were too polite, and they never got their heads around the software upgrade thing. The Nokia N900 was the best phone i ever had, OS was linux, apps worked fine, physical key board and downloads over wi-fi came down quicker than a quad core computer. Strange these days but i am a Nokia fan boy, terrific build quality and would buy an android or Linux version again if they make one.
Amazing! Buy it and be happy. Totally in love with my moto x.
Hi,
Moto X - GSM Unlocked will work in India? I had live chat with motorola customer care and they are not guarantee whether it will work in India or not.
Can anyone confirm on this?
Thanks,
SPS

Here in India, I guess people are fed up of Samsung/Sony/LG ruling the market. I just turn my head around & what I see.. Samsung every where. Motorola I believe is far much better than Samsung & has its own class, though I use the galaxy S4.
Why don't you just enter the Indian market....? The built quality, the software, the price is all a good deal. Anxious to see Moto in India...
