all i could say is that the camera is terrible. really blind. but the video playback is good. the video capture is also horrific. flash doesnt do much good too. overall, not a good phone. imaging just can't be risked.

Could not hear the thing ring if in my pocket. No catch stap, or starter smart media card. Come on for that price should be included. Signal was great but if you can't hear calls back it went to Best Buy

I Think the Motorolla MPx220 is the perfect Smart phone, except that the price is a bit to steep.

Why dont you place a link that works? and how can it be baseless when even the Best Buy sales agent says is bad? Maybe you like mediocre products or maybe you work for microsoft, either way, Motorola's ego is too big and needs to slow down to test their products better.

I went to Best Buy yesterday and as I am about to ask for assistance, the employees tells her manager that 2 people had already return their MPX220 because they were dissatisfied with it, one was volume and the other was booting time. I think Best Buy was a beta test to see if people like it. That's why is not out anywhere but at BB.

hmm i wonder if i should go for this and i've heard lots of bad reviews but then again i heard lots of good reviews too so i'm not sure hmmm i wonder if there is a good microsoft smartphone at the minute.........?????????

I've heard that they are recalling the phones. Cingular and ATT have delayed their shipment from Motorola for unknown reasons. Call any local store and they wont tell you why. I heard there are so many problems with the phones. The camera is not really a megapixel and volume problems. Serves them right for getting MS mobile.

i like a large keypad because the keypad on the o2 x3 was small since my hands were too big and i kept pressing three buttons or so at the same time and they were are stuck in close together so it was hard to use when playing games and browsing the internet and the aerial was annoying in my pocket too.

i heard that it was easy enough to use and is very stable and it is one of the best phones out at the minute. i already have ordered one and plan to get a 256 MB mini sd card along with it so i can store all my game boy advance roms etc.

if i'm going to pay the price for this phone i'll probably get a sharp or samsung, etc. It's not worth the money and motorola is just plain hard to use (menu system). All of the other motorola phone are infested with problem and I will not risk getting this model even though the specs are good, etc.

this phone is only just released and now motorola are talking about an upgrade version of the mpx220 it is known as the mpx260. i'm sure to get it if it is kind of the same as this but smaller and with a larger screen which it is supposed to have is supposed to have a bigger and better external display, some sort of haptics something or other, and support for faster EDGE networks.well i called to motorola and they said they will release the phone in the end of this month...and price they said would be 520 i heard its being released at the end of this year. check out e bay and there are a few people selling it as well. i will have to stick with the o2 x3 until i get enough for this phone.so no1 knows when this phone will be released?

If u get this in the US, dont get it from Ustronics, they sell the fake phones and when u find out its too late to get ur full money back and u will find out once it doesnt work and u call the manufacture. Also they are an Afghanistan company so they get the illegal and fake stuff to sell to suckers! and boy do they make tons of money off that since they call it UStronics! Wonder where the money goes??? Lets just say It aint for a good cause.
