I like the MPX-220 fine; it is a decent phone. It does shut off on me once in a while for no reason but maybe I hit the side button sometimes. My main problem is that I looked for this phone for a long time in Taiwan and only found a chinese version. The software is chinese! Does anyone know where I can download an english version?

To me this MPx220 is a good phone but the sound is very poor as compared to MPx200 phone and I would like to know if there is any software out there that I can use to boost the sound of my phone.

About a weak ago i installed theme manager on my mpx220 smartphone but i got bored by 1 type of theme so i went to file manager and i delete it. But no my smartphone starts verry slowly up and i can't get in to Start anymore! I get a pop up witch says:
""No theme found please select a theme at applications>desktop""
But i cant get into the applications because i can't push the start button.
Does anybody know what to do? Every little bit of help or advise is welcome!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have until now no problems only this one!

Hello, I have this phone and I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use and quite versatile. Unfortunately the battery doesn't last very much (maximum 4 days) and it shuts down when it has two lines, it does not get to one line, or none like other phones.
I am shutting down running programs with no additional software. Just go to Start-More-and go to Resource Manager. Here you can shut any programs you like or all of them.

one more thing, the camera on this phone sux. worth than 0.3m pix one, anyway, the phone support mp3 ringtong, but don't count on it, use some software on your pc to convert it to wma which almost same size as mp3 but when play it on phone, much loud than you can get with mp3, that's the bug from windows mobile 2003, not the phone. then phone's battery is not that good, after half year, you need buy a replace one, don't buy anyone from ebay, mpx is like a bmw which require much better fuels.

for closing background running program is simple, download a software call 'xbar', then install, after all, press 'blue' action key 2 seconds to active the list of all running program, then press '1' 2 seconds to close them all or you choose what to close.

reject call is simple, when phone ringing, press 'up' or 'down' volum key, then the ring stop.... leave it along, few seconds later, your service provider's voice mail system will take over.

i have no problem as of now about the freatures of the cellphone, the cellphone is great, but i have a question...
if someone can tell me how to change the text messages letters from _ABC_ to ABC...because everytime i text its very hard for me especially i love to text...

phone is nice itself is nice.. good performance. but sound quality isn't that good on the mp3 ringtones and it lags sometimes.

its me again, got another Q: i have this phone and for some reason was just messing around with it and now when i look at the top of my main screen inside my phone, i see a "G" in a white box and some kind of icon right next to it. looks like 2 triangles in a circle. if anybod knows what this is and how to get rid of it email me. i think that icon doesnt connect with the world clock internal clock and the satelite. have to manually enter in the time instead of the time already being set and in sync with the satelite time. so please respond back thanks a bunch
