hi have got this phone in the uk and I think it kicks the back side of all iPhones 4,4S,4SG & 5 as some area of Scotland still don't have good mobile reception but this phone still worked as my brothers iPhont would work some times. he could not use the GPRS or the DATA function on this phone. Best phone i have ever had & I am looking for anther one for the wife.

EXCELLENT phone! Only four things could make it 100% absolutely "perfect".
1. If Moto would actually release drivers for Jelly Bean (or even better actually release an official Jelly Bean ROM for it) so the last few minor bugs in the custom ROMs could be squashed
2. If it had the 1700MHz band T-Mobile uses (although, with the re-farming, I grabbed HSDPA signal today and hit 6Mbs on speedtest)
3. If the WiMax radio in it was LTE instead.
4. Last, and probably least, if I could get the T-Mobile "WiFi Calling" app pushed to it
Other than those 4 things, this phone has been one of, if not the, best phone(s) I've ever had or used (and I even have craptastic iPhones thanks to my job forcing them on me).

its been a year m using this motorola photon 4g mb855.my overl experience with the phone is wow.hardware /software is super kwel,can run any games very smoothly,good battery back up,good clarity on call,never hangup......only two -ve are 15min of phone startup(put it in airplane mode and ur phone ill startup in less than 5 min) and low ringtone volume incoming call vloume....over all phone is a hunk..

before photon mobile every month Iam change mobile but now with photon 4g stop and stop for until find in my hand mobile as photon 4g and that I thing not nearly

bought motorola photon 4g from sprint and used in the philippines. problems and issues: nr 1. Has 3g icon but no internet whateever i do, factory reset already and manually set internet configuration still nothing. 2. already rooted and sometimes no headset sound but sometimes ok after reboot. 3. wifi sometimes error often after experiencing issue nr 2 above. What should I do? please heeelllllpppp.....
