same Anonymous who previously posted... also, nowadays, when the batt runs out and i try to charge again, it gives this weird message about "Battery too low..." or something like that... it doesn't even charge up.
Apart from battery issues, though, I think it's a great phone.

i loved this phone when i first got it. but the past few months it's been really bad. battery doesn't last half a day... then again maybe it's time to get a new phone.

This is the best phone for me, cuz it fulfills all my needs like large keypad for comfortable texting,good phone call,stylish n durable. After using for a year,the battery is still kinda strong(3 days recharge/time for average 40sms sent/40sms received,10 mins of phone call,n 10mins of music listening). What i like the most is this phone doesn't heat up,not even after a 1 hour non-stop phone call. This is pretty amazing since my previous phone(n-gage QD, nokia 6111, motorola v3x, nokia 6120, s.e k660i, nokia 3600 slide n s.e C510) can't do that. Nokia is the worse one out there cuz it easily heats up. But the battery of v8 drains quickly if listen to music for some time(not really bother me since i just use my phone mainly for texting n calling). So, in conslusion, i give this phone 9/10.

i am using this moto razer 2 v8 phone. looking is good but after using i found thati have been cheated by 11,800 rs.The battery is too ppor actaually. its run out very less in time.its difficue to carry when iu purched it after 5 days i was getting problem in screen ,it was not working .even i asked to shopkeeper to take it back after dedcuting some amount but he refused then i have to go to servise center after buying only 5 days.So, my experience was totally too bad.i wasted my money.

I have one, but having trouble with the volume & vibrate, cant recieve phone calls, cause I don't hear it or alarm doesn't ring, this happened lately, no idea how to get it fix. I took it where I bought it but couldn't help, just gave me another phone..
CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME CAUSE I LIKE THIS PHONE,
I CAN ONLY MAKE PHONE CALLS NOT RECIEVE..(everything else works)

It looks Good, but Thats all, The phone Heats up quickly, & the Battery life Sucks, the stated Battery Life is no where near that, I've Sold this Pile of Rubbish.

i have v8 luxury and really is great phone with excellent sound quality, very fast os, 500 mhz cpu, upgradeble os is very nice. you can upgrade your phone os with coocked frimware or original moto frimware. but if you use of coocked frimware you can have very more option specialy with touch key
for who have battery problem: you can use of bx50 battery and have 3 day charge

you must upgrade frimware and i promise to you, you cant never use another phone

Just gotten this problem and the edge makes it really slow when it comes to downloading.....and the battery has a seriously big problem.it really heats up and gets finished really fast!!!!!not such a great buy

I should add that it now tells me to add cable to reboot, so if I put the cdrom for it, into my computer, and reconnected it, it would probably sort it out!

I've used a goldplated V8 for two years till it stopped booting up properly and I never had any battery or cable problems, or even, any other problems with it! Best phone I ever had.

i would rate this phone 8 outta 10, only thing bad with this phone is that the battery life dies quikly
