The review from mobile88.com (http://www.mobile88.com/mobile...20602&cat=3) seems positive .. but after hands-on with my friend's phone ... only thing I like is the design.

Motorola is just as bad as some other manufacturer; it promise availability but not cigar. The features of the phone have been failing and that is the reason Motorola has not release the phone. The ugly purple is not going to fly; I guess Motorola is color blind and only see purple. Up until yesterday they had it on the Motorola Moto store but today Saturday September 9th the RAZR2V8 IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, WILL THAT TELL YOU SOMETHING? No one likes NOKIA for the same reasons so hell with Motorola. LG has better products with more sophistication and yes with Windows Mobile and fully compatible with your corporate mail.

Wouldn't it be cool if there is a sooter tht could carry more ppl instead of only 2 or less??? And besides tht...if u had a phone wif great music playback capabilities as good as stand alone mp3's/ipod's wouldn't it be more convenient??? Instead of carrying 2 devices u hav everything in 1....

cheers:)

@Ramik Mine lasts for 3 days on stand by. My last call was 1.5 hours and it only took one bar off the battery. I think you are having bad luck.

If your priority is to have more songs to store in a gadget, you should get an iPod or something else.
A phone is not primarily used for storing and playing music!
It's just like looking for a scooter that can carry more people, ridiculous, isn't it?

hearty - if you're talking about Philippine Peso (PHP), in Motorola it costs PHP21k. in Avant (Abensons) Greenbelt, it costs PHP20.5k. in Mobile Experts, Alabang Town Center, it costs P19.4k.

i don't think this is available in pink.

@ Ant

I got mine yesterday and it is quite long but it is very slim. What do you expect for such a slim handset?

It's certainly not ''heavy''.
