unfortunately, its internal memory is only 5mb (more or less), and you cant expand it memory with a memory card. (card slot unsupported)...

this phone sparked the new standard in its time of release. sure there may have been other phones out there that did the same and possibly more, but, the razr did it so sleekly and a great OS.

fully functional phone. full metallic phone. great signal. loudspeaker. front facing camera. video capability. ringtones, bluetooth, internet. mini usb port. great battery. responsive keys. (i use to jam on the keypad..i would text so fast, i'd finish texting, and the cpu was still inputting my texts) not to mention all the females i went thru on this phone. i had the black one.

> In reply to W.J @ 2009-07-02 12:50 from fwuKBest bet is that you look elsewhere if you want something that makes the tea, fries the eggs and heaven forbid, takes photos (it does). If you REALLY want to take photos, buy a camera...but if you want a decent, civilised-looking phone that is reliable, feels good in the hand, flashes class and aesthetic, the V3 does it in style.

This has been a splendid workhorse for me for the past four years, one which does what phones are supposed to do: make/receive phone calls, AND look smart. True, its battery could last longer, as well as a couple areas that could be better (the camera? It's a phone, remember?) lazer-cut stainless case that oozes personality, and in its own discreet way, understated style. The functions are self-explanatory - one doesn't have to sign up for a night class in technical equipment handling in order to use it. Surely a phone to go down as a true classic.

This phone isn't that great.

Pro's:

- Good camera.
- Good quality display.
- Easy and simple to use.

Con's:
- Bad ringtones.
- Low memory.
- Poor video quality.
- Bad numberpad design.
- Ugly design overall.
- No MP3.

Although, this is a good cellphone for first-time buyers, and younger-aged users.

try v3xx if you want more memory..but for the basics this is a really good phone; quite easy to use, too.

Love it! Still have it! Wouldn't change it for any other phone. Quality is superb, mine works 4 years now, I payed a few bucks for the new battery once. Thats all. Call quality is great. Memory - enough. For kids that look for mobile with lots of gadgets, games, or integrated walkman or high quality camera - search elswhere.

I looked at other phones couple of days ago, I have to choose a new one for my job. (V3 is my private phone!) Nothing impressed me, nothing looks and feels so good in hands.

This phone isnt very good and I dont like it, the phone has to be charged almost every day, the phone too wide. The camera quality also isnt that good and the phone cant even take memory cards - I would rather go for something better than this.
