Motorola Razr XT910 BAD quality..
I got my Razr xt910 a month back..It was working fine till i saw the crack on the screen two days back..Though the phone was working fine,i gave it to the motorola service centre to have them check on the same for which they charged me 10800 INR to have the glass and the Screen changed..The phone was neither dropped nor used sloppily..

Amazing performance,smooth as silk movement and wonderful color.audio effect is superb and ringtone is enormously loud and clear.once you hold it you will get addicted!

Samsung spends a lot of money promoting the SII. They still promote it as the world's slimmest smart phone in some countries with daily TV spots. All this marketing is easy to see on it's price, both at launch and even now.

Motorola does not spend money on marketing in Europe at the moment, UK and perhaps Germany excluded. Hence the approx 3 month old RAZR is available for the same price as the SII already. A great buy, and will be relevant for longer du to higher screen res. The resolution below the SII has already lost support in new versions of apps, even such as facebook.

I know of another very popular phone, it's called iPhone.

It's not the best phone, and it's designed to be broken with ease.

Both iPhone and SII gets many hits due to fanboy fights. SII/Sammy owners to boast everyday, and vote every day. Same the other way around.

How in the world does a CLAIMED programmer like yourself not know that?

In fact, as mentioned, even my previous age old Milestone had 854 by 480, meaning 25920 more pixels and a lot higher ppi than the SII, as it was divided over a 3.7" screen. The Atrix is older, have a slightly smaller screen (4"), and yet much higher resolution and also a properly calibrated screen. Meaning natural colors and not overly saturated with fake green as the SII.

My SII was working 'just fine' as an SII should, but it was never a great phone. All SII's have oversaturated colors with green/yellow tint and super-low resolution for a 4.3" display. I get that you like your SII, it's an okay phone. But for me, the Atrix is better, and the RAZR even better.

I've had the RAZR for two months now already. That's twice as long as I bothered to hold on to the SII.

How do I force my phone to reboot or restart when screen is frozen or phone is locked up?
In the unlikely event that your device becomes unresponsive, try a force reboot.
Press and hold the power key + volume down key for 10 seconds to perform a force reboot on the device.
Note: Data on your phone will not be deleted.

There is also a 8Gb version. I have it in Spain. The phone is OK but the camera some times takes blury pictures on still images. In rest i am very satisfied with it because it moves very fast in all aplications and the android version it has it never crashed down like on other phones i had until now. (Sorry for my bad english)

XL has Beats Audio technology, RAZR has more RAM. XL's screen would be bigger but less refined plus it doesn't have a memory card slot, whereas RAZR has non-removable battery and micro SIM. = =
