It's a nice "silm is in?" style phone. although the price of this phone is going to be very high. i think they should have brought the Motorola Z MS 600. http://kr.product.shopping.yah...833#zoomreal . if motorola had put this phone out in the Canadian market through Rogers or Fido i think it would have done well, but i don't work for motorola ~ so why do i care? i just want a new phone !

I have used Samsung, Nokia, S-E, and Alcatel. Motorola is the one to have -build quality is the best and my Motorolas never ever crashed. Nokias creak when you first buy them, and the keys are plasticky,if you want quality Motorola is the way. The only fault was the user interface and these new products have addressed that issue.

Why on the God's green earth you guys are comparing this with D900? No other brands come close to miniaturising a phone other than Samsung NOW.Yeh, they use plastic..but hey they dont look so cheap like Nokias at all..it feels good and solid..Read the reviews or buy one..you will know...they are all matt finish...unlike moto who is showing off with glossy finsih to attact people..but in reality which will be a fingerprint magnet.
You guys have to wait for another year to see this in the market..then it will take another year for moto to sort out their software problem...by then every nanny-grany will have one...but well if still you wanna buy one and show off,.. if you are so desparate to spend more that 1G...then go ahead and clik on cti-miami.com. All the best to you crazy folks.

As the previous guy has mentioned this phone is made of strong mental ( Mature Male looking phone)
You will really look cheap and stupid

Samsung is light because Samsung's phone r using plastic, but MOTO's r using metal for the construction.See SLVR n X820 then u'll know the diff.

We are the BIGGEST wholesaler of Motorola products in Cyprus and one think that I can assure you is that Samsung are NO CHEAP products.
We are VERY OBJECTIVE and neutral. I am neither in favour of Samsung nor Motorola. Or in favour of any other brand. We are trying to be fair.
If you compare Samsung Z510 vs Motorola V3i again the Samsung is well ahead as it is a 3G, better menu, better construction.
The D900 which is REAL stock and it is only 85gr with 3.2MPixel, it belongs to a different league!! The RIZR will be less equiped and the only thing that reamins is to evaluate its quality construction. But, at 115gr it will be 50% bigger than 85gr Samsung.

Can't even understand how anyone could compare the look of the ugly Samsung D900 to this RIZR. I will not use or carry the Samsung phone around even if it is for free; because it make me look cheap.

I can name 100 reasons why buy the Samsung D900 instead of RIZR, not to mentioned the fact that D900 is around for the last month as a real product and 3.2 MPixel and 40% smaller/lighter etc.
And, of course you can buy 3 Samsung D900 (1 for you, 1 for your wife and 1 for your girlfriend!) instead of 1 RIZR!!

this phone supports a2dp bluetooth profile.
that means that the music player should be of high quality since we will be able to streams music to stereo bluetooth headphones!!
and , what a beautiful mature
design -from motorola??!!!
