i really dont know whats up with my ROKR! when ever i plug it in to charge,it says it is charging and lights to the side flashs green but the battery bar disappears and to top it off it doesnt charge. my friend says the software's toast.can u help me?

This is awesome phone, i only had some complications with my first and second rokrs, but i changed that due to warranty. but my 3-rd rokr work ideal over 3 years! i even dropped it 2 times, and after each dropping a joystick becomes work with some difficulties(self ckicking to right side), but my rokr was selfhealed each time! for any other phone i used before first drop was a first step for nearly death...

is my Rokr E1 the onlyyy one that doesnt let calls or texts come through while its charging?? it goes straight into emergency mode...WTF plz help

heyy... when you hit the rokr... you feel a sort of spring in it... can anyone tell me what spec is this? ie... if its due to the stereo speakers?, the V8 also has this.. I LOVE THAT!
