I like rokr e1. Its not too thin and not too large. Fit in my hand. I hope Motorola could relaunch it by adding radio , mega pixels camera, and louder speakers. Rokr e2 , e6 ,e8 are having better features, but worse looks.

this was an awful phone when i had it. it is too chunky and it chips and scratches easily. as for the music....rubbish, only 100 songs. the phone is slow and the camera is maybe one of the worst i've seen. it brings a vga camera when most phones started using 2.0 mp.

I believe that this is ine of the best phones on the market right now. i have had my phone from the time it came out and it works just like i bought it yesterday.

> In reply to sand @ 2008-08-06 14:49 from M@Tithe rokr ist limited by contract to use maximum of 100 itunes songs, because of the ipod shuffle. if you expect a more limited nuber of songs you have to reduce the size of your files. maybe you encode your mp3 with for example 320kbit/s switch to 128 kbits and you need much less space on your memory card. and the copying speed to your phone increases, too. the rokr only supports USB 1.0 standard speed.

in itunes is be an option to "check" that allows you to switch the lower encoding quality for your files copied to the phone by automatic. the quality is more than good for listening on the walk. :-)

I try to download another MP like KD player to my ROKR E1. but i cant use it cause the file in my phone and tflash cant be seen.do u think what happen with my phone!

I have had this phone for over 30 months. It has met all my needs. There are some problems though. The phone hangs and restarts in some text environments, such as phone book. (just imagine you are going to send a rush SMS to someone and the phone hangs when you hit the option button to send the SMS!!!!) The other point is the storage for SMSes. I have to empty my messages almost everyday, and I can not save any. I can only lock them, but takes up the very tiny memory allocated for messages and you will have lower capacity for future messages. By the way, when you insert another SIM into your phone, all your locked messages are gone forever. I have not had any major technical issue with the phone. Although the build is not outstanding, but after 30 months I have faded numbers on the keypad and nothing more. All buttons ad everything else functions like the first day.
