did u try using the phone tool program coming with the phone CD? just install it on ur pc and let see what happen...

this phone cant active my gprs..its difficult to conect to internet.. so bored.. actually in medan cant used it for browsing or conect by lan...i hate it very much... no one cant buy my phone...coz many people didnt recognise this phone..
