why is that there no motorola company here now in the phil? and they were saying that there are no parts availble here?? thats why moto phone are now cheaper

well..motorockr e8 is a gud set for all trendy peoples....
*sound
..the sound quality of this phone is gud...gud clear..but sound in both speaker and headset is low...dats the main disadvantage...
*picture
..display clarity of this phone is excellent...camera picture clatrity is gud in day time....its havng more color than other 2 mp camera...video clarity is owesome..
*battery
..battery back up is good....
*OS
..os is slow...not much faster..
*looks
..its a real trendy phone...display is slight smaller...nways it holds a great royal look..

*Firmwares can be downloaded from modmymoto.com and then you can find guides there :D
*The screen is nice, it's made of the same material as the keyboard and it reminds me of iPhones' screen
*if the phone is slow, it's because you are using stock FW (firmware)you need to flash it with a modded FW, check modmymoto
*3d games, flash and then overclock and change heapsize, that'll work ;)
*bluetooth is awesome dude, you want something like iPhones, with no options?
*the refreshing blabla shouldn't be happening
*Mod it! it's simple and safe :D
*the earphones depend of your network provider, mines are cool, the resemble to Sonys' earbuds
*check getjar for them, or modmymoto
*PLUS FOR ME
Quake, Doom, Doom II, GBA, GBC, SNES, MAME, PlayStation emulator, all of them working flawlessly :D
Rockbox and rar/zip support :D
and i can keep going

i think moto E8 operating system is so slow as campare to the moto market in India.....
so i suggest to inhance the speed of the operating system of all moto hand sets.

i have been used this phone in 8months.. first of all this phone is great.. even th Linux OS is slow.. but you can modified your phone to a powerful motorola E8.. right now im using a motorola e8 MODIFIED unit.. and now the features of my phone is great than before.. i love this phone.. and if my phone broke, surely i'll buy it again with the same model.. :) more power motorola!! i hope that you will sell it again in the philippines

I hate this phone. I bought it around 2 months ago and i am regretting for buying it now.
Minus points:
*The phone is so slow.
*Doesn't Support vibrate and ring.
*Doesn't support 3d games(actually supports but lags like hell).
*Bluetooth is complicated and transfer speed is slow.
*When you want to watch videos, every now and then it keeps saying "refreshing your media list" and makes you wait for around 3-4 minutes.
*Supports no themes(unless you mod it).
*Camera is worse even in good lighting conditions.(Don't ask how it performs in dark)
*Earphones are very low in volume. You can't hear songs if you are in a loud place like trains or buses.
*Most of the applications, do not support this phone like Yahoo go!, Ebuddy, Nimbuzz, Opera mini(You have to search hard on the internet to find their supported versions.
Plus points:
*Sleek and trendy, looks cool.
*Mode shift technology is awesome.
*Touch wheel makes it so stylish.
*The wide screen display makes it different.
*While talking, it gives crystal clear sound.
*During music playing, even though its low in sound, its pretty clear.
*3.5mm jack allows it to connect to your home theatre.
*Internal memory of 2GB is great.
*The phone's inbuilt browser is very good. Speed is fine and the webpages appear as on a pc.
Overall, i won't recommend this phone. Its not worth the money you are spending. Try some other phone.
