Hey, how is the sound quality in headsets?? Is it poorer than SE Walkmans or better than the best?????? Please Help. I am dying to grab this skeptical piece of beauty.

I've tested myself, found the Crystal Talk much better but that's my view so if I can get more feedbacks from more people, then it's confirmation instead of opinion. We can then talk with conviction.

when i noticed e8, i really want it, but the high price hinders me from buying, thats why when i heard that em30 is less expensive, that is why im waiting...and should zn5 have good music, then ill settle for zn5, but i guess, em30 serves my budget...coz im planning to sell the other handset...hahaha just to make it to em30...goodluck stu and GOD BLESS you and your family

It's alright if you're not a Motorola user yet but your comments in V8, E8 and ZN5's site indicated you're a good & reasonable person. Honestly I've used Motorola's old Microtac 8700, Z3, V8, now E8 and I really came to like Motorola phones. Maybe I'm weird, my priorities in choosing a hand phone are its solid built, clear voice conversation, noise suppression technology (Crystal Talk), long battery life if possible and strong signal reception. I'm sure some other phone brands have part of what I'm looking for but I discovered that Motorola have most or even all that I'm looking for. Just yesterday my wife (K550i) called my daughter's phone (K750i) and I talked to her using K750i, while talking I suddenly realized that the sound that I'm so used to was gone, I mean the sound quality that I'm so used to when using my Motorola phone. My wife is so used to her SE K550i and when she hold my E8, she admitted the built quality is really solid. I spoke to someone in local Motorola's Technical division and he told me they used to conduct drop test on their phones so this could be the reason why they are built well. (don't be mistaken, if falls from a high place I'm sure it'll still break) The E8's really serving me well, I found that the more I use it, the more I like it and its slim factor is just nice for my pocket. It's good that you wait for a few models to test before buying one so that you can choose the one you really like and not regret about it later. Let us all know which one you choose and you feedback on it after use.

im sorry to tell you but im not yet an owner of the E8, coz im still waiting for the em30 and zn5 to come in my place... but more or less im really fascinated by the ophones produced by motorola and people like you who can give extra help...what i have now is an alcatel phone, the ot-s853...it is a music phone and a tough one.hehehe...

hoping that zn5 and em30 will be in my place this month to compare prices of the three...

i bought this phone from 2 days and i have to say its great!!!!! everything is good except the camera its not that bad but not a good one but who cares? this is a music phone and it has done its job very well plus its so sexy!!!! the dark black color from the front makes it a true beauty... the battery is very good and the sound is amazing and the screen brightness is really strong and has vivid colours.. the phone price is $340 here in dubai and this price is just cheap for such a great phone!!!if u want a music phone this is the perfect one for u dont think about it just buy it!! keep the good work MOTO...

I'm considering buying this phone but I want to know about games
Does it support Java?
Can I install emulators as in the A1200? (they both are linux based, right?
I haven't found any app nor games at 320 x 240 screen resolution, can I still install a 176 x 220 resolution game?

i bought this beauty today....... its absolutely brilliant fone frm moto.. its sound s 1000 percent better tan any nokia and sony... but its head set sucks.. using some other hesd set or e6 head set its absolutely mindblowin... NO REGRETS ON BUYIN IT...... MOTO LL RULE NOW...

But, remember this is like a prototype phone, a darn good one. If it has a very good camera, what's the use of my newly purchased Kodak 7mp camera? I'll just wait for future Motorola phones that will combine every good aspect of the previous ones.

well am a teenage gal and need a mobile 4 my bday... i wanna know how sturdy the mobile is.... also what it'll cost my mum&dad .... =d.................. also is its battery really bad?? am on fone 24*7 so need 2 know that 2......................... thanx...

after been searching high n low for themes for motorola e8 i finally 1 site which has about 5 themes. they have just modded a few themes so good luck to u guys who are bored like me with the current sole theme on the phone. the website are www.motohell.com
