I have installed opera mini and gmail but its wheel is not working in it(running fine in normal)..need to press up and down button...if somebody faced the same problem pls let me know how to get rid of it

Review of the audio quality of E8's music player :
The first thing I noticed about the audio quality of the E8 was how remarkably flat the audio was, and I mean that in a good way. Most handset of this price range have a pronounced low or high end, which is done to hide their deficiency in the rest of the frequency spectrum because the target audience usually likes that kind of audio quality. But the E8 breaks that tradition and goes for a more natural sound that is consistent across the audio spectrum.
The bass on the E8 is not of the pounding and muddy variety that you would usually come across in this price range. It is tight, precise and well weighted. When you put them on for the first time you may feel the bass is a bit on the light side. But play them for a while and you will notice the subtle thump that they offer which is far more satisfying than the meaningless boom that you would normally hear.
The mids are also clean and very clear, with the voices coming across with the right authority and precision. The highs are incredible; they are crystal clear and extremely sharp. You will notice that they go far higher than most other handsets, revealing more detail in the top- end than you will ever hear in this price range without ever becoming sibilant or harsh.
Those coming in looking for thumping bass will be sorely disappointed, but if you want a clean, natural sound that is almost audiophile grade then you will love the E8.

hi all users.
i am a very hi mobile changer.
i keep changing mobile phones till now. i change my mobile every one month.
and about the motorokr e8 .
in my all used phones this phone is the wrost phone ever but only in the manner of battery.
it's battery sucks all its good and classy features its battery coud't even run the phone for 6 hrs.
and if you play the music or use the camra/internet it gets switched off in about 4 hrs.
and don't even get switch on untill you put it on charging.
it has very good features but battery spoiled everything.

Well, it is a very well built phones (quality build) but the software support is disappointed. First of all: the lag (it is slow even with modded firmware, in my case zMod 2.4.5). Second and very important for me: the battery life. It is not good. I can talk continuously only 2 h o(with battery fully recharged). Also I can listen only 8h of music playback with the wired headset. And the third problem: yes, the speaker whispers to you. It's quality is good but the volume is too quiet. The fourth and the last: it cannot ring & vibrate at the same time (EM30 can do that).

a very good phone, for music in specially, long lasting battery 3-4 days with music listening. good display, the keypad is briliant. camera is preety good, nice "alive" colors, no autofocus but the phone is not for pictures. nothing to complain unless the lag that sometimes appear. i regret i sold it. one of the best music phones in the world.

dis is stupid gopi's phone which he is using for last 2 yrs.but d phone is so slow n buttons r so hard like him.n d cel is also very fat like gopi.camera is hopeless :( like him only in time to perform its not performing

this phone rocks. im not a camera lover so i dont mind if the camera sucks. If you want a good camera, find a phone dedicated for camera. This phone with a stock firmware is truly slow. But when u modd it with a modded firmware, it unleashes its potential.

Not sure where you can download the Motorola Phone Tool software. In my earlier comment, I did mention that I bought another unit of brand new E8 and the MPT CD is inside the red box that contains the manuals. There are 2 CDs inside, the MPT and the Windows player for music transfer software. If you purchase the E8 that comes with the box, the CDs should be inside, but if yours comes with "open box" like some websites are selling, then it's unfortunate for you. Free MPT software, I'm not sure where but you can try to google it.
