If you don't like the phone, say you don't like the phone. Don't say it's a crap device because T-mobile can't sell it, especially considering that in at least one country it's landed, it's sold out constantly and consistently.
There are more places in the world than just America, you know. I know that might be a complete shock to your system but it's the reality of the matter.

I hate this phone alot, I have it atm, and it is a pain to use. The volume is really low when you talk on the phone, on the receiving end, the other person have a hard time hearing you clearly. The phone always say "Sim Card Error" and resets your phone alot the only good thing about this phone is the fast texting. Can't wait till I get my LG Secret!!! This phone is gabbage from my experiences with it.
