while u r having a call, just press the round 9joy stick kinnda thing's) left side, it will get silent.
i learnt it suddenly while using my L6....i think, very few ppl know about this option...

i am a great fan on moto fons but comparing this to the l7 i believe there are no differences cept for the internal memory size and radio. a total waste of time. moto u can do better.

just push any of the volume buttons while its ringing to turn off the ringtone when someone is calling you.

please tell me how to put the phone in silent when someone is calling : for example, if someone is calling me and I don't want to answer him how can I turn off the ringing tone like in nokia and sonyerricson?

1) this phone have option to store SMS in phone memory
2) can put radio in the background, and do sms, and others. Even placing a call is possible.

Go for L9.
I am personally using this handset. This is very good one.
In 6300 U ll not get DATA CABLE.
As well as 6300 has very poor battery back up.
In L9 there is talking feature i.e. Phone will rad out the NAME or Number of the Caller.
So My Dear Friend go for L9.

Yup....I agree with whoever posted before me...Moto hasnt advertised that THEY ARE bundling the SNOOP S9 headset with the L9.... Its just that you can use the Headset 'cause the L9 has A2DP..... it ships in two different versions.... the premium and the standard packages....in fact, if you read any paper based moto ad, they mention in the fine script that the standard packing is also available.
