This phone is an upgraded version of L6, L7 and SLVR phones. Great phone. 2 gig memory although it hangs sometimes but good. Go ahead buy it

This phone is great. No problem about its over all performance. What is lacking is the much faster OS of all Motorola phones. The camera is good. The music player is also good. Battery life is great and Headphones have good sound quality. Installing games is easy. My first phone was Motorola W388 and I switched to this phone instead of buying a Sony Ericsson W810i. I have been an avid Motorola user and I hope they will improve the speed of their phones as fast as Nokia or Blackberry. For those who are interested on this phone, go ahead and buy it. It's worth it. Cheap and full of Multimedia features. If you're not that techie type and wants a simple yet powerful phone then this is for you. But if you are techie and likes to install things on cellphones then find other phone.

Great phone, no problems with general performance... but mine has always had a flickering keypad light, and the screensaver never works unless its on charge. I agree that screensavers aren't that important but is it wasting battery power by flickering? The Motorola software update doesn't support the L9 (at least in the UK) and nowhere here will reflash the firmware. Any ideas?

i am chitti moto l9 is very good but how can i view my memory cord in tools activation list it shows empty & how to download theams n music players

sometimes it hangs and becomes too slow, just have to switch off, remove the battery and replace and switch it on, fine. Otherwise a nice handset, I bought it 2 yrs agobecause of its weight and makes you feel that you carry it.

more than 3 pages message it does not send. more than 3 pages it becomes a mms message.what is the solution to this ... is it that i cant send more than 3 pages message as a normal message ?????
