This must be the most beautiful phone in the market, if it finally looks like this of course.However in the picture it's black while you state it's silver. I hope it's black because it looks great and we had enough of silver phones. When will it be launched, 2004 or 2005? I hope it's 2004. I'll be buying one if it doesn't cost £500!

The release date for this phone on this website says Q1 '04 however, other sites state Q1 '05

cooooool!!! such a charming little phone with fantastic performance! it attracted my eyes once i opened the web page. i will definitely swith from Nokia 7200 to this one. but wish it come out soon!!!!!!

I went to a sort of promotional seminar thing at work, and got talking to one of the guys from Motorola. He said that you probably won't see Irda on a Motorola phone again. As far as they are concerned there is little point when Bluetooth is already present,. This also helps keep the cost down, as well as size and weight, albeit in a very small way. I must admit I was inclined to agree. I personally never bother with Irda, and don't see it as a great loss.
