I havent been able to get the home screen keys off my wallpaper since I started using it. When I go to settings to try to change it, it says 'pls wait, homescreen loading', but it never comes. can any one help me?

It seems a good phone, but design is so old, so 'the same'. Moto should think outside the box and recreate its portfolio.

I have the phone and it can't read word document... As for searching for ntwrk.. do maunal ntwrk search it might help!!

just purchased one from ebay, when put in my sim card all it says is searching for network and cannot find the network, anyone have a clue what i need to do? and is this a prepaid phone only??

Does anyone know how to send a photo message. Everytime I try it reads: "Unable to send".

I have T-Mobile service.
Also, anyone know when the video call option will be available?

Last but not least....I cannot connect to Vodafone Live either...someone please help me.
