I have a v180. First the vibrator stopped, then the outer screen was just blank.
Diagnostic...flex broken, and its replacement is very expensive. It is a very BAD quality phone.

help why are v180 lcds not interchangeable,i switched one to another it would not work.how do i fix this

my screen is just blue. there isn't anything on it except a blue screen.

i also had this phone and at first it worked very well. i had for a little less than two years when problems started to occur. at first, the outer screen display (where the time is & everything) kept screwing up. it would freeze, get blurry, then finally went blank. this didnt bother me, until the main screen froze and went blank. i couldnt retreive any of my numbers i stupidly saved to phone instead of sim, i lost all my downloaded songs and background, and i had already spent money on it for a new cover.

this phone is just frozen like the buttons don't work and the screen is frozen it is frozen on this txt message my boyfriend sent me so i can't like ask my parents for help cuz they wud read the txt. it won't work! help! don't buy this phone it has terrible reception as well

My experience is very hard. This phone had experimented three problems, the first is the screen. The technics replace them. Second, the system was out, never I can be power on again. The repair was put another board of the phone (new phone). Now the vibrator doesn't work. And lost the signal in any time.

Stay away from this phone! I;ve gone through 2 of them in a year. The first one lasted 5 months and then there was a problem with the screen. I got it replaced but the 2nd one totally died last night. It only worked for 7 months, just after the warranty expired. Now i have to get a new one. Buy this at your own risk.

I want this phone so bad.I been wanting this phone for like 1 years.I am getting it this summer.I cant wait.I am going to talk on my cell phone insteaed of the house phone.

was a great phone when i first bought it then for some reason it stoped working the ringer would not ring the screen would go out the phone would shut off on its on it was always freezeing up and droping calls everything was fix able when you took the battery out to reset the phone i do not recomend anyone buying this phone because after about a month of use all this will start happening

I use to love this phone until it stopped ringing. No, not becasue my friends stopped calling, but because the phone is bunk. Everything works except the ringer! My friends are really pissed at me cuz they think I'm ignoring their calls when really my phone turned into a mute.

I love it it freezes alot and the screen goes black 4 around 30 seconds i have 9 downloads and its a cool phone

u kno what!ppl have issues wit me cuz they stole my v180.i hate people who likes stealing other ppls fones.i paid a lot of money for mine u kno. its $1200.00 of my dollars for this fone.

like oh my god!is this d coolest fone or what?!!i mean,apart from the coolest graphics it has a techno ring tone.everytime i hear is wen my people call me on a sat 2 go chill and sat is a techno liming day! yeah baby!

this fone is the coolest ever.it saved my life when i was drunk and had a hang over. i couldn't hold and barf so i was able to rest it on the sink.hmm, i love this fone,it's my life saver.

I've used my V180 for 8 months then the display started showing funny "inverted" and "double sized" charaters. T-mobile then replace a new one for free and I'm still using it, now problem since then. Of course if you put the phone in your pocket or purse (which has lot of dust), the dust can get into the window easily. Simply open the cover and clean it. The bactary life was very good, under normal daily usage, last over 3, 4 days.

Just a note for all. I've had mine for nearly a year and it still works as well as the day I bought it. Treat the phone well and it will last. I've used it here (u.s.) and also in Britain. If you take as good of care of it as you do your ipod, it will last you just as long.

Incredible battery duration. Specs say 216h, but once tuned (with usage) it can stand up to 280h in wait mode (even talking every so and so up to 1 h in total, so maybe it can last up to 300h).
