I have owned this mobile for 5 months and it is terrible! The screen is very small, much more than I thought it would be! The screen keeps on going black for a few seconds and I have heard that other owners have this problem as well. The battery only lasts about a day and another annoying quality is that the phone keeps on reseting the ringtone to the awful 'hello moto' one! my dads V3 does the same thing. Anywho, I don't think I'll be buying another, at all!

this phone is good because is strong...i droped it several times and it's more than ok...but it's true that it's freezing when i try to open personalize...

I had it for almost a year. Rubbish ! Its battery is the worst I have ever had. It doesn“t last for one day if you use the poor camera. The menu is confusing. You can“t choose which memory to use (cell phone or sim card memory), so your phone book has every name in double.
This was my second and it will be the LAST MOTOROLA I will ever buy.
My opinion : very bad as all Motorola“s cell phones.

I love this phone. I have had it for a year and a half and it has been wonderful. The positives of the phone are that it sends and receives pictures to email addresses and other phones, you can use aim, yahoo and msn messenger all at the same time, if you download a free program and install it, you have the entire internet on your phone (which I have and use daily), you can have Music ringtones and pictures to identify your callers. I also really like the calculator feature. The negatives are that the camera is of poor quality in dark rooms, the screen is on the small side, you can't delete the original rings or pictures that come on the phone and the amount of memory the phone has is very small. I think it is a well built phone. I have dropped it MANY times and every feature still worked on it up until today when I went to charge it. The small metal pin that is used to charge it had broken off. I used this phone about 18 hours out of the day, EVERY day with all my text messaging, photo sharing, internet use and instant messaging. I can't believe it lasted me this long with so few problems. Occassionally it would shut down on it's own, but I'm sure that was due to my dropping it on hard surfaces over and over. It's too bad it broke. I am gonna miss this little guy. They are sending me a V235 to replace it. I hope it is as good to me as this phone was. The V220 is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This phone is rubbish! i got it about 1 1/2 yrs ago and it always freezes when i go onto personalise. It's really annoying, especially when your text messages only sometimes come through. The screen is so small, and there is enough room for a bigger one. The signal is mostly always bad. I advise you to not get this phone as you will get fed up of it almost straight away. Bad value for money. 3/10

pile of crud, camera is cack and died after 1 small drop, poor quality screen my screen doesnt even display right 30% of the time >_<

do not buy this phone. i use this phone for 6 month and now the phone does not work

I have had this phone for a year, the screen died yesterday, the camera stopped working after 6 months, it turns itself off, the personal settings make it go black and then at times I wouldn't be able to turn it on, took about 10 goes one time, dont buy it!

man arent we mister the cups half empty you lot screens a bit small and if i go on settings then personalise it just goes black and goes back to the start but otherwise its been fine

oi addie you gotta buy a software disc and usb cable then use windows media player to put music onto it they cost £15 on the motorola website

i think this is a really great phone...this is my fifth phone in 2 years and all the others i found have been really junky but this phone has been excellent! i recomend it!

In my opinion, thisd phone its really good for its price, i had it for allmost a year and never had a problem, the camara isnt that good, that its the only thing i can say about it, the other things work fine

If you're planning on buyin this phone [[DON'T]] this phone isn't nothing its worthless I live in the caribbean and i got my phone from the states since my phone got stolen and I've had this phone for only 5 DAYS and its not working anymore from when i first got the phone it turned off by itself everytime I turn it on it turns back off sometimes it stays on for like 5 minutes or so and sometimes it turns off immediately now it doesn't turn on at all I thought it was when I had it on the charger for soooo long what caused it to act up but in the hand book it says the charger doesnt do anything to the phone. I carried it to TWO cell phone shops one said it couldnt work anymore and the other says its the LCD but its $100.00 to fix it but no gaurantee I dont want to waste 100 on this crap called a phone so im getting a new one DONT PURCHASE THIS PHONE!!!

i luff this fone itz gr8 i\'ve had it 4 a year now nd had no problems.ok so the screen is a bit small but it's fine 4 me =D

i don't understand why they made the screen so small? there's plenty of space for it vertically, they've just wasted a lot of space with a tiny tiny screen. You'd have to squint to see what's on there.

This looks like one of those phones that people wouldn't steal even if you left it out in the open.

On my 4th....They always start out working great but the n they all hit the wall and go to the crapper. The last 2 didn't even last a month...Now they're sending me a V557
