hello. i have had this v235 for about 1 week, and i am curious if anyone else thinks the speakerphone is very quiet, even though the volume is up to 7? all other sounds, other than speakerphone, and keystrokes are loud at 7. just seems quiet. any help???

How do you get to the voice records without recording one? My voice record memory is full and I don`t know how to get to them because it won`t let me record them!
