The software called Motorola Phone Tools is known to make corruption with the drivers, if you installed the drivers first and then the program there might be something wrong with the drivers, try to reinstall them.

I tryed to add music and pictures to my V3 using the USB cable but can not connect to my computer. I think it is the software, Where do i get the software
