This review is actually for the v330 since I couldn't find it on here. This is one of the best little phones I've had. I keep it for backup, I normally use a PPC 6700 & a T-Mobile Sidekick 2. I love this little Moto though- rarely a dropped call, total reliability, and amazing battery life. I tend to charge all my phones at night, but I have gone days & days without charging this one. I bet I could get a week's life out of it on one charge. PLus it's highly customizable- you can change faceplates, antennas(I have a blue flashing Hello Kitty one on mine), add ringtones(I make my own high quality free ones with MPTrim), wallpapers, etc. Love it.

I agree that it's crap. The battery doesn't keep long and it's switching off by itself just like that, with no reason. But with the charging I haven't got any problems, because I'm using the charger from the other motorola.

I love my V300, only prob I have is with the charger as well, thought it was me.

Love all the features and the camera takes great pics.

ah yes i agree with u the charger got a problem.. i really had a hard time to charge this damn phone.. but the features reasonable.. i LOVE the speaker WOO damn HOLY LOUD! Seriously LOUD! if w800 N P990 is as loud woot w800 n P990 really damn good!

Pure CRAP!! The phone has decent features for a low price, hi-fi and megatones(T-Mobile) And passable picture phone BUT, the charger is the worst I EVER encountered, you spend an hour trying to get it to even start charging, I have spoken to a few people who have had this phone, every one of them had same problem. Granted, this is common with the Motorola style double prong chargers, I hear they are switching to either the Nokia style barrel charger or a PSB type. But this phone has many other bugs that it makes this phone a bad buy. It freezes a lot, and the T-Mobile version has problems working in rainy weather. The ear receiver went out on mine, forcing me to use the speaker phone for EVERY call. Again, I heard from a few others that this is common for this phone. Overall it is not worth the money, nothing but headaches and frustation.

It freezes memory disappears it is full of bugs motorola ripped people with this i want my money back!!!!

hmm i think that motorola v300 isen't so bad.the display have a wonderful colors and the camaera takes good pictures.the menu is very easy to use and inernet is very fast.i think that have done the right choice

Hmmm I don't know where to start. The phone is NOT reliable at all!It freezes,the picture quality isn't that great like the V525. I have had this cell for over a year and I still don't know how to save my messages in Drafts.The inbox fills up to fast.When it's charging if I leave it as vibrate somehow it progammes itself to ring.Personally I find it's a piece of shit!

The worst phone I've ever used. It resets automatically, it freezes, the keyboard is defective, the recharging act is so damn difficult because you have to attach and de-attach the cable to the socket so many time suntil it gets recharging correctly. If you want a cell phone to make you happy and not to make you visit the tech service about one a time each 2 months, don't buy a Motorola V300.

i've been using this phone from 20 days now, nd i've to say its not a bad phone indeed.
THE ONLY THING which i didnt like is the lack of bluetooth, but i can compensate with the USB.
I love the Camera Quality, inbuilt 5 MB space is also pretty cool, which allows me to keep some mp3s.

As a whole the phone is very nice, especially in the hand girls ;)

i got myself a motorola v300 ... at first the phone had problems with the signal, then the keyboard ... now it turns off automaticly. i have ot for 9 months now .. and it wuz for 8 times in service for repairs. i will never buy a motorola again!

i just started using my motorola v300 yesterday. uhmmm... i noticed that my inbox gets full easily. aside from my sim memory, does the phone have its own SMS PHONE memory? if so, how do you activate it? pls reply to this message. i badly need your answers.

I work in tech support for a cell phone carrier , and I can say that this is not a very reliable phone overall. Many models were good, but in general we did exchanges on most of the models we sold. It like many recent motorola releases has a problem with the audio reciever not working.

Not the greatest phone on earth, apparently the first few that came out did have a lot of problems but these bugs where fixed in the newer ones, mine has been in for repair for 2 months now. It has good features for the price, just a pitty mine has been so unreliable. But for anyone who wants to buy one, buy it, i hear the versions are a lot more reliable.

the fone worked very well for me and it never quit or shut down. the service is quite clear as well.

FYI, most people who appreciate and like this phone do not come here and post about their happy expierences. Only those who had/have and are really unstable come here to release their anger. Please, if you do not like your phone, dont ruin other people's motive of buying this phone. Thank you.
