A great phone from Big M. Really cant wait to have it. Come on ppl, 4k for external is just square and enough. Who wanted to play with external rather thn internal? it is very small matter. perhaps, it have 256K color internal screen!!!

The release date you said is 4th of January What??? of next year (2006,2007) which one and for $850 does it come with anything thing eles but the phone ex. headset, USB Data cable, case, cd installer .....

MOTOROLA and style???
Sorry guys, but motorola is either too American for me, or their handsets are just plain ugly. They are big and bulky and all the aluminium and titanium they use...it's nice but if the design (like the V3) is HUGE (even though FLAT) then sorry....no go.
I mean, seriously, there they are producing the flattest handset available, but make the length and width like an elephant in comparison.
This handset doesn't look any better I think. Motorolas quality is OK, though the camera is pretty horrible (especially the V and MPx series).
So for the future i would hope some slimmer designs, better camera and then it'll be all good.

Was invited to V1150 presentation, phone looks promising, motorola must hope that by January time no other brand will release something more smashing than their hot shot.

That was sort of my opinion, although the other guy does have a point, they are all in the same place at the same time. Still there we go, we could argue as whether or not it should be that size, how big they could have made it etc for a very long time. It won't change the design.
