I purchased V-547 from my office colleague in May, 2008. It is a very good phone and have so many facilities that everyday you learn something new. LCD screen is very good.

I had this mobile for 2 years, it's really great! But I had to buy the new one (Samsung P730), as this Morotola did not work properly: when I opened it, the LDC switched on only after a long time. But in general it was really gret! Sad to say good buy to it:(

I own this one and i dislike it because it's useless in text messaging-it save only about 20 last messages (becouse the damn thing saves them on SIM card only!),and it's easy to accidentally quit message during writing and then you have to write it again from the scratch.There's no way of checking how many msgs you send or about the costs.Bulild-in memory is just not enough and the organiser lacks some functions (like notes,timer).
However baterry life is very long up to 5 days),photos somethimes could be suprisingly good (as for VGA),and I like bluetooth and voice dialing.
Oh and I lost the external antenna but it turned out to be no harm.

I have a Motorola V547 and keeps coming up with "Invalid Battery"... I've tried swapping batteries and that doesn't work either
Please could anyone suggest what could be wrong with it ?

Worst phone ever. Have to put on loudspeaker to hear anybody.. battery dies after about 6 hours.. camera really bad. turns itself off and if u take the battery out whilst phone it on it turns itself on. I could go on and on but I'll save u the time!

I hate it. But a lot of my friends have had no problems with it. My screen only works when it feels like it. It shuts off when its too cold outside. If i open it too quickly when answering it will drop the call.

I had this fone for a year and two months and i am vedup of it. It hadly have memory and it vibrates for it's self. But rather than dat it is a good fone,jus not for me. Peace

i've got one and i think that's good. but i've got a problem with network, can it be because of the quad-band connectivity?? when there's no network, the phone turns off... why?? can somebody tell me?

I thing this is good phone compared this catagry phones.the clarity is good but two drawbacks are battary and the memory

i hav eused this phone for quite some time now till it was stollen just the other day. it has been one of my best phones so far. i appreciate the technology that motorola has shared with me through the phone. i give the v547 all the credit it deserves. so long my phone!!!
