I had this fone for a year and two months and i am vedup of it. It hadly have memory and it vibrates for it's self. But rather than dat it is a good fone,jus not for me. Peace

i've got one and i think that's good. but i've got a problem with network, can it be because of the quad-band connectivity?? when there's no network, the phone turns off... why?? can somebody tell me?

I thing this is good phone compared this catagry phones.the clarity is good but two drawbacks are battary and the memory

i hav eused this phone for quite some time now till it was stollen just the other day. it has been one of my best phones so far. i appreciate the technology that motorola has shared with me through the phone. i give the v547 all the credit it deserves. so long my phone!!!

I have had Motorola V547 3 months but when I record sound, the volume is very low and can not hear any thing.
What could be wrong with this phone?

I had this phone for a almost a year and I am starting to get some problems with it. There are some pictures that came with the phone that cannot be delete. And it is taking up plenty memory. I really wish the phone had memory card because i need more memory add stuff on the phone

Not the greatest phone in the world, for the dollars spent.
The manual is useless:- no info how to tfr photos to computer.
No info how to tfr ringtomes from computer to phone.
on and on...
Battery lasts for 5-6 hours if you're lucky !!
All this with the data cable and driver and XP.
This phone = Just a frustrating piece of cr$p

Ilove this phone but im lacking a data cable. Can you please advise me on how i can obtain one?Also i'd like to put my photos in my computer, how can i send the from my phone?

To exchange files from your computer to V547 via Bluetooth dongle you must install drivers+software given by your dongle producer. For example, I have a IOgear USB Bluetooth adapter and I found on their site.

I think itīs as good as te V-300 but with new features, i had one, some months ago but is was stolen. I could not enjoy it as i wanted.

I got this phone its very good for the amount of money it costs but make sure to charge properly on the first day otherwise battery goes quickly!!!

i have dis fone and its alrite but nuffin special. its hard to txt wif and the video and camera quality is rubbish. the memory is pretty bad 2. its cheep tho!

need software so i can move stuff from computer to dongle to v547 if anyone outthere know of any software disc. also when i bluetooth phone to computer and play video theres no sound. help would be apprecated. buzz

hey dude, don;t blame the phone for you not being able to adapt to this kind of menu. Go buy some c**p, expensive nokia. The phone is great, has some "problems" but nuthing essential, especially at this kind of price.End of transmission
To change the ringtone for Messages do the following sequence: Menu->Settings->RingStyles->LoudDetail press Change and then it's easy. You can even use a song as a ringtone for messages.
