i only can hear people when i put it on speaker i think i have it on mute does anyone know how to get it off mute?

It's not a bad phone but not great either. I've had some trouble with it and the battery life, but compared to some other phones I've had it's survived reasonably well. Not good, not bad.

I owned 2 motorola v551's, and loved them. The battery life was good, the phone was quite durable, and the keypad was very easy to use. Also, navigation was simple. The phone had limited features, and the camera was low quality, but overall, it was a very well-made, rugged phone.

i have been using this since it was lauched. as a user never had any problem with it. good phone not only for calls but also for SMS,MMS and using EDGE which is quite fast.

There should be some sort of incentive from Motorola to ease the lost of credit when purchasing this so-called phone. The specs defined about this phone are all not true. This phone is extremely unreliable and lacks performance of a good sort. This phone is only good within the first only month of purchase.

This phone is absolute piffel..Does anyone by chance beg to differ..? The battery life of this phone is extremely poor..The battery only lasts for a day at most. I've been in an extreme scenario..and needed performance and reliability and this phone failed me horribly. This phone should not be on sale..!This phone couldn't even transfer a file via bluetooth successfully without it's battery going dead. I've been in a covert operation in Baghdad and Moscow and this phone did not prove itself to be useful..

The wiring connection between the screen and the body was poorly connected when manufacturing.., hence the reason for it going black because theres no contact with the body and the screen to transport the data. And the battery's life is determined by the : (1) Reception (2) Memory Usage (3)Incoming calls and Outgoing calls ...Thank you very much...!

This phone has worked great for me--I've had it for 3 years and it has never failed me...until now. my phone works--I can make and receive calls, the only problem is that the screen went black just yesterday. does anyone know what could possibly be the problem and/or how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate it!

This phone has gone throught the wash and spin cyle and it is still working sometime s people say they have a hard time hearing me but I think the volume goes down when I turn the ring down??
