I have had this phone for 2years and it has never broken, even though i have dropped it so many times! The bluetooth is not very good because it can't find some other handsets and I can't recieve or send pictures of tunes. The pictures are not vey good quality either which is annoying. It's a good phone if you just want one that is reliable and works, but if you are into gadgets on phones, like me this is not the greatest phone for you.

I had this phone for 1 year no problems for the first 6 months then it started to devolope white screen syndrome and restarting for no reason. Then lastly and most resently the speaker went dead.
DONT BUY THIS PHONE

I've had it for 6 months, problems with the charger slot on the bottom of the phone. Had to get me another phone.

ive had my phone for 15months now....moast phones only last me 6months then i get bored with it n buy another 1...i have 2 say i love this phone,the only problems ive had have been with the charger.

This Phone IS AWESOME
dont worrie about wat everyone else is sayin becasue ive had the phone for 2 yrs now n i havnt had any probs wid it. I Love the metal case n the way the phone is set out

We have purchased 25 of these phones for our company and they are all CRAP
They have all failed many times
They should not be on the market
They should all be recalled

i can revieve txtes from this fone but i cant seem to get phone ca;;s does anyone know why ??

yes, the volume is EXTREMELY LOW, it's hard hearing the person on the other side of the phone? anyone else dealing with this problem?

Excellent phone!
I've had this phone about a year and I'm very pleased.
If you want to be critical...
Camera is only VGA and there is no memorycard slot.

I used to have this phone for 7 months. The first thing that stuffed ou was the number 5 button, you nearly had to hit it with a hammer before it would register, then after a couple of weeks that thing kept freezing. In the 6th month of havig this phone, it decided to erase numbers and other details whenever it felt like it, I've lost valuable numbers due to this, then it kept resetting itself. I finally decided I had enough, went back to nokia and you cannot belive how good I felt after I launched the Motorola into the ocean off the South Coast of South Africa. Thank you to Motorola for wasting my time and money!!

I agree that this phone has several problems, but except the design i like very much how the buttons are arranged! I think it is very convenient red button to be on the left and green to the right side!SO please, tell me if there is another, new telephone with such arrangement of the buttons!

I had my phone for 8 months now and never had any problems with it. the only flaw i have with it is its 5mb memory that is too low. I enjoy the feeling of cold steel in my hands and the matblack and chrome colours. To me it is an ificiant phone and it draws lots of attention. Thank you Motorola for this great phone

I quite like my phone and have had none of the problems mentionned(...in my 2nd replacement phone) BUT I can't make a connection with the Browser/internet or receive photos in a message - is it me or the phone???

I have had this phone for a year or so.. It is a really bad phone! I have had problems with it not charging and the aliminum front plate always falls off and it is very slow when txting. If you are a quick txter this phone isn't for you. I could type a msg and get ahead of the phone. The bluetooth doesn't work all the time and I have had problems picking up other bluetooth devices. I don't recommend this phone! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!

Had this phone for ten months. Now it has developed the white screen of death and will not turn on any more. It is a flawed phone and has been consigned to Mobile Phone Heaven (or hell) namely Portsmouth Landfill site!

The Phone is excellent.Memory is too small.Main problems, Sticking keys, keys responding wrongly to comands,freezing screen and difficult to conect other devices with blue tooth including other motorola products(hands free).Please send us advice or internet based softwares to help correct these problems.I can't just throw away the phone.It costed money.

I received this phone as a gift from someone and would love to use. I use Cingular and when ever i place the sim card in the phone i am unable to make calls or receive them. I've read reviews about the phone that it works with cingular, but can't seem to figure out why the phone i Have does not. It came in a new box, it turns on, I can navigate the phone but i am unalbe to make and recieve calls. PLEASE HELP...???

Well i might get a new phone soon (motorola e1070). i hear it is really good and the price isn't bad either.

its just so annoying having to move my videos and pics to my computer so i can have enough memory to take another video...and then that takes ages to save! plus i really want better bluetooth transfer rate. its sooooooo slow!

at first i really loved this phone but i would say after the first year I began to have problems, coincidentally the guarantee had run out so there wasn't really anything i could do and things just got worse. It kept crashing, like a slow computer and then eventually if someone rang me they could hear me but i couldn't hear them, it was like this with every phonecall which obviously meant my phone was faulty. Yes this phone is nice to look at but taking into account all the trouble i had with it and the amount of money i paid, i'd say it definately wasn't worth it.
