I have had this phone for a year or so.. It is a really bad phone! I have had problems with it not charging and the aliminum front plate always falls off and it is very slow when txting. If you are a quick txter this phone isn't for you. I could type a msg and get ahead of the phone. The bluetooth doesn't work all the time and I have had problems picking up other bluetooth devices. I don't recommend this phone! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!

Had this phone for ten months. Now it has developed the white screen of death and will not turn on any more. It is a flawed phone and has been consigned to Mobile Phone Heaven (or hell) namely Portsmouth Landfill site!

The Phone is excellent.Memory is too small.Main problems, Sticking keys, keys responding wrongly to comands,freezing screen and difficult to conect other devices with blue tooth including other motorola products(hands free).Please send us advice or internet based softwares to help correct these problems.I can't just throw away the phone.It costed money.

I received this phone as a gift from someone and would love to use. I use Cingular and when ever i place the sim card in the phone i am unable to make calls or receive them. I've read reviews about the phone that it works with cingular, but can't seem to figure out why the phone i Have does not. It came in a new box, it turns on, I can navigate the phone but i am unalbe to make and recieve calls. PLEASE HELP...???

Well i might get a new phone soon (motorola e1070). i hear it is really good and the price isn't bad either.

its just so annoying having to move my videos and pics to my computer so i can have enough memory to take another video...and then that takes ages to save! plus i really want better bluetooth transfer rate. its sooooooo slow!

at first i really loved this phone but i would say after the first year I began to have problems, coincidentally the guarantee had run out so there wasn't really anything i could do and things just got worse. It kept crashing, like a slow computer and then eventually if someone rang me they could hear me but i couldn't hear them, it was like this with every phonecall which obviously meant my phone was faulty. Yes this phone is nice to look at but taking into account all the trouble i had with it and the amount of money i paid, i'd say it definately wasn't worth it.

The worst phove I ever had. I have the same problems as above plus the the hearing performance is not always ok. I must put it on speaker to hear.

The only plus is the appearance. But this is not enough to propose it.

My only positive comment about this phone is how it looks. I love how it looks, but that fades into oblivion when it has so many problems.

I seem to have had the common problems shared by the majority of those who have posted their opinion on this site. Menus are needlessly fiddly. Memory way too small, blue tooth doesn't work at all, screen goes white and phone freezes regularly, some of the keys don't work easily but have to be firmly pushed several times which makes messaging infuriating. The predictive text version used by Motorola is sub-standard. The programmable buttons on the side are useless as they push again things when phone is in bag or pocket and settings change.

I have had it back 3 times for fixing and have eventually complained to my phone company and they have cancelled my contract and I am starting another contract with a Nokia. I have always had Nokia and never had problems. I won't change from this brand again!!!!

I have the same prob, this phone is just a handful of problems. It had 2 be replaced the day after i got it and the new one has been sent away several times for repair. i would NOT advise buying this phone and have sent all my friends in the oposite direction. i personaly am returning to nokia as i never had a problem with and nokia phone i have ever purchased.

hey, i just want to know if anyone found a glitch that gives you at about double the memory? to try it make a category in the music section then delete that category. This will make the "memory used" to 0kb. Then go over the "max intenal memory" and then turn off the phone. Look at the memory again and it will say you have at least 4GB of free space!! i have only managed to put about 7-8MB on before the phone complained at me and switched itself off....

very unhappy would not recommend will not charge service is very bad and turns itself off not money worth at all 3 friends have same phone and same trouble...

i think the mtorola v620 is great, ive had it for over a year now with no problems , i love the way it lights up on the front when you get a call and it is very sturdy and feels nice. the picture quality is excellent and i havent seen better on any other makes, its a shame the phone is discontinued

Worst phone ever. To many software problems to poke a stick at. VERY sensitive charging port. has to be kept at the right angle or it wont charge. Two thumbs down.

I have this phone and is very good, i dont have any problams with the camera, bluetooth, etc. The aluminium is very nice and hard. The only thing i don't agree is with the memory, only 5Mb but now I have 6Mb because I eliminate some things with the PC.. At least is poor for a full mp3 music, but after all is good.. i recomend you

Had the phone for about a year now, it's not a bad phone although i think its dead for good now wont turn back on and refuses to charge, Best feature on the phone is the aluminum casing very strong phone has fallen over a 100 times and no major damage, buttons start to change color and lettering wear off after constant use.

DO NOT BUY!! me and four of my friends all got this phone for x-mas. All four of us have sent it serveral times for repair. camera problems, battery problems, bluetooth problems and the list goes on and on. very bad memory. great looking phone though... thats about it. i still would like to stick with motorola... any suggestions for new phone??
