Well, it's a smart phone.I like it.The built in features are really cool.but can anyone tell me how i can Extend the lenght of the Video.Even after having huge memory i can't go for a long video clip to catch.Another problem is there...The phone Hang sometimes.But i think it's a wold wide motorola problem..they hang..anyway..if it's software problem or if there are any solution of this problem then let me know by e-mailing me.Thanks......

I'm having the same problem as a previous poster.The phone turns itself off and on every minute or so. This phone has great features but so far I'm not impressed with Motorola's quality control.

How can I make this phone record more than one minute in video mode? Is this the maximum lenght it can take? The memory has plenty of space with the memory card & all. Is it a limitation? In rest the phone is more than ok.

anyone can talk me...this phone battery go up 8h really?? Your camera 1.3mp is very powerfull...and have continuous flash...so, this battery is most strong..it is true?

very big phone. low internal memory. i've testet it a litle and the pictures does not look so good.

Anyone having a problem as follows? The backlight dulls, and the screen freezes turning white...completely stopping anything your doing. not occassional but every 10 secs or so...making the phone not usable. wikid applications but pointless when it doesnt work.

I just bought mine today great so far good camera, video, and mp3's. I got everything in the box, the only thing is it could be smaller but overall great phone, recommended!!!

Ok i've wanted this phone forever and I finally got it off of ebay for $228.00.
Speaker phone is wonderful I can hear the other person and they can hear me justlike we were talking normally.
It feels nice in the hand and Ihave not had a reception problem.
BUT
When I take pictures...I get "corrupted" when I go to view them.. and the video camera doesn't seem to work...I switch to video mode..and the picture freezes.
Is this a software problem, or a hardware problem? do i need to send it back and try another one?

hy. i have bought this phone 1 month ago. i recived in the box only the charger and the card. no usb cable, no headset, no cd.... i guess this is a problem from orange or the store i have bought it from(plus gsm). i've bought a card reader. when i put some picture from the pc to the phone or i make some photos with the phone and i store them in the memory card, when i try to see them on the phone, the screen goes blank. the battery sucks( only 2 days) and there are some mp3 that are totally distrotionated, i don't know how to express my self. and by the way , can anyone tell me how to install softwares(applications and java games) on my memory card?? pleeeeeaaase email me.

whel it's great but i dont't know why can i sent photo's from my phone to my pc via bluetooth transport, and why the transfer it's so slow?it take me an hour to send from my computer to my phone a song of 20mb.why?and how can i change the soft?.and i can got my answer in to my e.mail adress?

This phone is pure garbage the reciption sucks i work in the financing department with swisha house and everytime i make a call it keeps getting disconnected, and my phone bill is 600$ a month so i have decided to buy the nokia 6282 .. what a wonderful phone i have had no problems wiht it at all unlike motorola over here. Dont buy this phone unless u want to get disconnected from ur flock.

I have cingular and I can't find the settings for this phone to get on the internet. My phone is unlocked. I called both Motorola and Cingular and no one can help

Got this phone yesterday, opinions as follows:
1. MP3 Player is fkn awesome for a phone
2. I've had NO software problems at all with anything
3. Came with data cable, BT headset, memory card and headphones. Everything you need.
4. Camera works well for what it is.
5. The video camera's crap, extremely low quality and 30 seconds max (I'll be fixing this by modding the software).
6. Speaker's loud and clear
7. Phone has a very nice solid feel, buttons are good to use, menu's are intuitive.
Rating: 9/10
Let downs:
1. Video Cam quality and options.
2. No Radio.
