Hi,
I was wondering how good the sound quality of the mp3 player is, and does the phone allow you to use your full length mp3's as ringtones/alerts etc. If anyone has any info on this could you let me know please?
Thanks

This phone is a really good phone out of the box but after some software updates it gets even better. The flash can also be made to flash while receiving calls or charging the phone. The volumes can be raised on all speakers with some seem editing. For details e-mail me... jdm_93_accord@yahoo.com

Does T-mobile really have the 850mhz roaming agreement ? I have this phone and I felt that it was unecessary to have the quad band since I have T-mobile. Thanks for any solid info. Please email me ppalbid@yahoo.com

Cingular network is GSM 850/1900 and Tmobile is GSM 1900 only, however, Tmobile has 850 roaming agreements. v635 is quadband, so it will work on any gsm network.... period

Cingular has 850mhz... tmobile has 900mhz. look at the phones mhz quality and see if it matches yours. It may work, but you may get bad reception.

Figured out the key light thing. I guess this thing has a light sensor. Which turns the key light on when it senses that there is not enough light. I am still trying to configure all the setting for T-Mobile(E-Mail out, Crappy T-Zones). The customer service at T-Mobile seems to fairly heplfull with the setting for this phone.(Amazing)

I just got the phone in. Kind of weird, I guess there are two options of this phone one with the ridges on the bootom of the faceplate and one without(mine is without). Awesome phone, but my key light only works every once in a while. WTF? Why? Everything else seems cool though.

Very nice phone. Plays MP3 ringtones nice. Good reception. Occasionally freezes. I wish you could have a different picture for the outer screen (has to be the same as the main display picture). Otherwise a very good phone

Another thing, the battery on this phone is horrible. It wouldn't last more than a day and a half with moderate use. Maybe even less. But I agree it has a very good camera. Very good quality.
