to be fair i work in a phone shop and i am so bored of manufacturers fighting over megpixels and trying to make our phones computers. I bet if they released this phone again exactly how it is, those big networks would get millions in new contracts. It could be sol don $5/m lol

you have to remember folks this phone is WELL over 4 years old! commenting "it doesnt do anything" is like complaining that the model T ford has no airconditioning...

at the time of launch this was one of the most innovative designed and stylish handsets - the tocco of its day.

I've had one of this once...Actually it's not so bad by that time... but even now if i can have the really2 good conditions i would like to have it just for collector items. 'cause this is maybe the first and the last Motorola ever made a swivel phone. hahaha

I've bought it yesterday, with a one year Orange contract, for about 25 Euro,as a brend new phone. I've just made it's first charging and start to play with it. Looks beautiful. I wonder how many days can stay without charge. I hope for at least 3 days. For this Motorola I will give up at my Samsung P310. Hope is good as it looks !

does anyone else have trouble with the sound quality like hearing the person on the other line?...mine is really quiet i can barely hear him/her
any help?

I had this phone a few years back. Yes i have to say it IS STILL one of the best looking phones ever made.

The display was white on black.
The small size, the turning action required to open the phone.
I still miss it SO MUCH! Sometimes i just wanna buy one AGAIN and use it!

anyone know this fone have the larger font or not? I've tried to find in "other settings" but it's impossible. I can't read sms cause the text too small!

im still on a mission lookin for this phone...although its an old phone, the look and style of it looks like a modern phone that was just made this year, atleast in my eyes. I'm also lookin for Ericsson T39

i miss the old phones lol

I am from Bangladesh.I bought it 3 days ago. Amazing fact that I got it Brand NEW. I bought 2 of them. V70 is really good phone. It's design is Unique. It's really Stylish. V70 attracts people at first sight. I am waiting for a V60. V60 and V70 are my Dream Cell Phone.
Thanks Motorola for a making V70.

looks cool, bad reception.. also if you are talking on the phone while it is plugged in, battery drains much faster than it charges

This was my first phone and then it was perfect because I only wanted to make calls, recieve calls, send texts and recieve texts. It's design is so slick too. Good phone.

Excelente phone....
One of the best.
Just to recieve and make calls its the best.
Slow menu and lack of software are disvantages. The rest is perfect.

Hi all, I have this phone now and I hate it because

1- the buttons are too small
2- there is no alarm clock
3- the ring tones are boring
4- the sound quality is horrible
5- its too tiny so I keep losing it in my bag
6- It menu is just very ... miserable.

I like it because after all these years it still recieves compliments. But one guy once mistook it for a bottle opener.
