i havent got this fone yet coz im getting it in a few weeks. ive been reading thye comments and it sounds like a pretty good fone but i dont no wat bluetooth is?

Though infrared and blutooth are missing i still believe the phone is great. I have been handling the USB well in downloading ringing tones and pictures. The camera is more than superb. However i've lost my CD for the software. I need to reinstall it. Please help me somebody! Reply through: bidemi_mom@yahoo.com

the phone is greate..but what about the battery? only 2hours talk time? isn't it a ittle bit short?

Why is it that whenever I am charging the battery, the phone automatically shot down? Is this for real? Is there a setting that will prevent this?

the phone is great , it has great capabilities , differently from some costomers , i found the battery lasted me more than 3 days , i cant wait for buying the memmory card , i will use it as mp3 player because the sound is great . the fact of the bluetooth is a bit strange , because it lowers the amount of the phone

well i love dis phone.. but the only problem is the battery. it only lasted like hours. i have to charge it every day.i tried to use the spare battery but it's still the same. wah.... any idea?? guys.. pls help me..

My friend has this phone....Its really fun to use the keys are a bit to packed in and a bit to big for me thow.....But overall i recament it it Great!!!!!

i love this phone, the external memory ability is great, also the video qulaity is great when set up right. the audio speakers are great with 128kbps+ mp3 files and the battery life has been for around 3 days with decent use.But like all batteries it will go down eventually. my old v300 battery only lasts about a day now.
3g is good too.

I read the battery comments jealously - I wish mine would last a whole day! I find it goes flat after 7 hours on standby (even with no calls). It only lasts 10 hours when switched off - IE - from fully charged, it won't even hold its charge overnight when off.

It has been returned for service twice and it is still the same! get something else!

If you are not using Bluetooth for handsfree talking in cars then it is ok. But there's something just came into my mind: what if you're surfing on the net via the phone using the usb cable and the battery is running out? You can not charge the phone and use the cable simultaneously...And the battery runs out fastly...

Ahahahaha!!!!Im the first person who owns a 3G phone in my school!!!!!It is a fantastic phone I ever had.I hope MOTOROLA will improve the speaker like the E398 and enable bluetooth function.

It is a good phone, too bad the battery only lasts a day and a half...And I cannot find where to buy another battery, so I can have a spare one always. Any one knows HOW TO pass all my phone book from the SIM card into the V975 MEMORY? tell me to peterdavis@netcabo.pt . thks!

Its my 1st Camera phone n im stil discoverin it! Its a nice phone but the user's guide isnt a gud one! Its doesnt give enuf info 2 use the phone!

Today im tryin 2 no how 2 use voice dial on this mob! Does ani1 no how 2 do it plz??? Or does it or not hv this function.

If it doesnt hv it, wats the function of havin voice name in phone book???

It wud b nice if ani1 cud reply me! Thx in advance!!!

In response - There is a better phone on e the Motorola e1000 but the v975 is a vast improvement of some of the earlier 3 nec models

Bulky,heavy,v poor "predictive" text;no audible indication of call connection;cameras have V poor spec,too easy to switch on in ones pocket.
Continually miss calls/texts-ringer loud but easily muffled. Screen and keypad clear,fliptop good.
Only 13 months to go...,then bye,bye.

signed up to 18 month contract with 3
the battery is very bad charge req av every 48hrs.
will definetely not have next time
