This phone rulez, it runs great mp3, makes great movies, films even better than the nokia 6230i, it has no bluetooth or infrared but you have a cable so it`s okay. Makes pretty good photos. The micro SD card doesn't allow you to do much but that's okay too. At the price you can get this phone everyone can afford it. I love this phone.

you can only send mp3 to the v980 that has a but rate of 128 and that as no other info load on to the mp3 file ie picture or artist just the song title

whay wheh i transfer mp3 music to my phone i can't listen them?te mp3 are in to my phone but when i push play it say to me that"use oa this file is restricted by the carrier"
what can i do ?
please help me

i'm between motorolla V3 and V980.The price is the same but V3's memory isn't enough for mp3s and videos.The V3 has a lot of problems as i heard here.What do u suggest me to BUY??????//?????

I have bought a software to connect the V980 to PC but it seems that there is no driver for the MA-8800 USB cable. Do someone meet this problem ?

How can I transfer my photo to computer
My computer didin't recognize my usb. Is there any program to install for transferring photo. Can you help me.

This phone is very good i have it for 2 months and i didnt had any problems with it.
The mp3 player is great but it hasnt got bluethooth and infrared.

I think this phone really sucks and I think it was one of the biggest mistake i did when I bought it.I deeply feel regrets on buy it.But anyway if someone is happy with good luck.And everyone has different taste them my.My future replacement it will be the for the L7 or E770v.If i got extra cash could be the V3x

Hi i've got V980 last 2 weeks ago. everything is cool except that the battery really sucks. my call will only last for 5 seconds even if it is newly charge. battery drains out rigth away. does anyone here knows where can i get a better replacement for my battery. i really need a new battery that works well. pls advice. thnks.

I got this fone for crimbo and i was worried about geting it at first becoz of some of the negatve comments ppl had written. But they were wrong! i love the fone!
-Good video
-Good camera
-Nice features
-Simple to use
-Good MP3
The only problems were
-No Bluetooth or Infrared
-The sound on the video is sometimes a bit ahead of the video (its k tho)
All my friends want this fone now!!! I would advice this fone to evryone! If you get it through a truested dealer you should have no problems!!! x

I can't send txts off of mine but i can recieve them, and i can make and recieve calls only got it off a friend who doesnt use it anymore, anyone know how i can send msgs just keeps coming up sending msg then bout 10 mins later says msg iof 5 not send please see outbox HELP

This phone is a good MP3 player with some cool games .... BUT AS A PHONE !!!! I'm on my SECOND one in less than a year.Both phones have been sent for repair 3 times!The first got replaced by this one.
Now this one has developed the same fault as the last one ... loss of signal, battery fail, phone freezes and images shake on screen. I@m a big Moto fan, but this is the last Moto 4 me.

cud any1 tell me wat the maximum capacity for the mini sd card is on the fone ? i heard that you can get a 1gig card but sum of them dont work. advice will be greatly apprecaited

I got this phone for 1 week, and immideatly the screen was broken by a little drop on my sofa. - The whole screen went black; so I can't read. There's no quaranty at all with screen errors. So a big waste of my money.

There NO InfraRed or Bluetooth on this phone. And there's alot of Vodaphone sh*t on it. The only good thing of this phone is the usb slot for mini SD. But with a broken screen even the mp3 player is not nice...

Think twice before buying this phone.
A little soft bump against it, shouldn't break the whole phone...

This phone is great, my mp3 works fine so does my mpeg-4 videos. The only thing that has been a pain is the LCD internal screen every so often shows lines across the screen. This seems to be a problem in a high porcentage of V980s, hope it doesnt get worse!!! If you[re going to buy this phone better take a look at it twice, Id recommend better the V3i.
