Simple phone for simple living but the maximum external memory is only up to 2Gb hope you improve it soon for the nxt version of this phone make up to 4Gb external Mem GO MOTO Yeabhaaaa

Hi all,This phone is cool..
the sound quality is good and Mp3 ring tones are cool. i don think the battery comes for 9 hours but its solid 4 hours talk time continuously. Music sounds good, no video play back, key pad is user friendly but looks like plastic. any more queries mail akvikram@gmail.com

well i bought it yesterday but before bying it i search mobile stores all most all over guwhati to find any cell between rs 3000 to 3500, i found maney brands like spice,segam,blue,n,but all cells with mp3 play back costed all most around 4000-4500
but!!! only this cell was in by buget with! mp3 play back with good qulaty sound! yesterday i was thinking of baying chines cell whis is hot in market but thes had no warranty so i preffer this one and for musick frickes like me try putting a 1g.b card for truly enjoing musick 1 bought it yesterday it shelf! only thing i wanted more was if we could install any more games!

this phone doesn't has T9 but iTAP which is motorola's text prediction technology which is better than T9. this can be assured as you use it over a period

perfect value for money.
motorola became ratan tata for cellphone industry. can any other cell making company do this kind of daring effort. made for indians. can anyone tell me how is sound quality.........?

hi, i compared the W230 and W270, and found that W270 has an additional "FM recorder for alarm signal only". What's that?

I just bought it yestrday from univercell, Chennai. Looks a cool phone with fully loaded features. I got a 256mb card along with it. Cost me 3k(2.9k + VAT) The body looks a bit plastic not as sturdy as nokia. But that doesnt mean its not good. Its just that i dont think it'l withstand many accidental falls! Sound clarity is ok. Its pretty loud in a reasonably quiet surrounding. Fm is also cool. And i dont think it can play videos. It plays mp3 format ok. But gettin some probs with jpeg files. Im yet to find out what picture format actually works here

Does any one know that will this phone play videos...??
Can i view 3gp or mp4 videos on it,can i download software on its mem card and use it.
What is the initial internal memory offered and how's the sound quality?
Im looking forward to buy this gadget, please clear my doubts.
