By the way, the internal memory is not indicated here. What is the internal memory capacity of this phone? Is it still capable of keeping a song without the memory card? Thanks.

Hello;i have a sagestion to remove the battery problem of this mobile phone(w230):
i was not satisfied with the battery of mobile phone...
my self,so i decided to sell it, after 3 day...
then, i noticed that its orginal battery is{BQ50-950mAh}, but
mine was{BT50-850mAh}!!!
now i have bought new battery{BT60-1100mAh} which has more power & capacity.
i had to charge that battery twice a day, but now i charge every 2 other day.
it has a better out put which really satisfse me.
MOTOROLA`s claim about standby & talk duration of the phone is not true and this
is surprising!!!
please a you, too tell about your result`s, i really appreciate it.

I am planning to buy this model as an extra phone, a replacement to an MP4 player. Does it include a memory card already?? And how about the battery? I heard it has a bad performing one although a good battery type is available int he market. Where can I buy that??

I have just bought a Motorola W230 and a US cable comes along with the box, but I cannot transfer MP3 songs to the mobile through the USB cable, and they did not provide a CD to install a software. How do I get the sofatware for this mobile ? Do I have to get it from the Internet, and what is the wed address to find it.

well, for my 2nd day of using this phone. I can say that this phone's battery has very poor performance, keypad functions is very slow when texting, and Settings for phone are few.
But, this phone is also good for having a card slot, loud and clear speakers, and prog. to record music played in the radio.

i have this celphone for 7 months maybe...but the problem is every 2 days i have to charge my celphone cause it always got battery low....and everytime i text the letters are always delay to appear..... but it is affordable

Ok Guys, I have this baby for 3 months.
No, JAVA doesn`t work here.
I use it with 2GB MSD whitout a problem.
I didnīt have any problem with the software,
however it is VERY BASIC.
The battery itīs OK.
The Speakers are OK, nothing impressive.
For the price (60$ in my country) is very reasonable.

the low battery is bt50=850mAh
but good life battery is bq50=940mAh

hi there!! i just recently have my moto w230 i find it very practical it comes with fm,mp3 player up to 2G memory for the fun and love of music wow dude a lot of songs!!!! and the unusual stuff you can record a clip from fm stations great!! for the price you can compare to nokia 1208/1200 etc. for the unreasonable price they dont have these features uh.. dude!!! i rather pick w230 nice choice!!

I bought this phone some 6 months back. Though it looks very average but voice quality is good. The only problem I'm facing is with the battery back up. The battery gets down afterr listening songs for a hour or less......

whatever amount you paid for this unit still valuable. even a single centavo count.... even i bought this for a very low price, i am still disappointed and still waist of money.... i own this for a week only and after a week i sell it at 50% discount from its original price. i'd rather chose to buy double the price of this unit than having this and will make me fussy everytime i use it specially in messaging. striking the keys made me crazy...considering the main reason of this cellphone is typing short messages to be able to reach the other party....regarding the battery, wow!!! very poor. whats the use of the 2G if you cannot even play the songs specially at times you wanted to listen music. THIS IS JUST A WAIST OF MONEY!!!!!
