Shall we insert sim card in wifi model "Xoom". The shopper said we can insert sim card for data package instead making calls. Please confirm if any one has used.
The XOOM should be available in Australia from about 24th May onwards, with just a few notes.
According to Motorola Aust. although the unit has an MicroSD card slot 'Gingerbread 3.0' DOES NOT currently support external memory cards, so you'll have to make do with the internal 16Gb (only size being released here so far)until a patch from Google is released.
It will also be available on the Telstra Next G network which should mean the Aussie version has 3G GSM voice AND 3G-850 connectivity
Just question about moto zoom mz604, does it work with GSM voice communications?

At the end of the day, its still a Motorola. It will break, the battery will give up and even though its Android, Motorola will break that as well. Why don't they just throw the towel in and call it a day?
