> In reply to Daz @ 2012-02-20 22:30 from smM1 - click to readThanks for the reply, Daz. You're doing quite a nice work, reviewing and commenting, whilst the GSMA themselves haven't reviewed this phone; or at least they haven't reviewed it for us. And the Voting Results too happens to look nice on this one. Does it have an ambient light sensor for controlling the screen brightness?

Please, can someone (anyone) of the owners read the specifications leaflet and post the exact SAR value of this model? Thanx.

Daz, I am experiencing when on one sim, the other gets a circle with a line in the middle which means it is not standing by. Factory reset should fix?
Thanks

> In reply to Daz @ 2012-02-18 16:39 from b$LF - click to readHi There,
I got the Wifi working. It was the Vodafone (Huawei) router causing the issue. I went back to an early Netopia router I had and the phone has had no issues. Sorry Motorola, GREAT phone and shame on you Vodafone. With this said my friends phone worked on the Vodafone router???
Now battery life well where do I start. The fact that this phone is dual SIM, it uses power to maintain both. I have one SIM for work and one for home. I get no signal in work with my Home SIM and a poor signal at Home with my Work SIM. These factors will accelerate battery drain. If I use wifi or HSDPA the battery drain increases. I've used it quite a lot so I have to charge this every night. It's similar to other phones I believe.
The screen is nice and clear but not a patch on the Samsung Galaxy S2 for example. It's small for web pages but you can zoom this up. With all this said I'm not disappointed. I like the size of the phone and it looks normal. So far, almost a week on, it's only hung once with all the apps I loaded on it. Still loving it.

Hi There,
I got my XT532 a few days ago and first impressions are good. There are one or two issues I have with the phone.
1. Wifi keeps losing data connection. Connection to the network is good but for some reason it keeps losing access. Tried a few fixes that didn't work. DO NOT download any "Fix My Wifi" apps as these remove the dual sim functionality meaning you have to reset to factory default losing all your data and apps installed. These also remove other apps.
2. The mobile networks keep losing connection. I got suspicious when I kept getting missed calls when my phone was on with no other activity. Not sure if this is network related but this is not my fist dual sim and I haven't issues with any previous non-android dual sim phones.
Other than that I like the phone. It's going to cost me a small fortune ringing people back who I supposedly missed a call from. I'll get on to Motorla about this. I just hope these guys are better than ACER customer support who don't give a toss. I'll update if I get some solutions.
All in all nice phone.

I just bought the phone on ebay seller: wifigadget88.
They are shipping from Taiwan and factory unlocked.
It can fully support Android market, Gmail and google map.
It takes around 6days after I purchased,
very good seller and fast delivery speed.
It supports 850/2100Mhz, I am now using in USA.
